Came in here for a name change for my accounts. Was the only one waiting but had to wait a while. Fortunately, it was a hot day so sitting in a very well air conditioned room didn't bother me much. Two ladies checking in folks walking in didn't seem to be aligned because Lady 1 said she checked me in and then Lady 2 came by and said that Lady 1 actually didn't check me in at all. A little concerning since Lady 1 scanned my debit card lol did I get scammed or something??Finally was seen by one of the advisors who really seemed to rush me through the request. I asked some questions along the way because I wanted to ensure I understood the process. Things like "am I able to confirm the spelling of my name" and "will I be getting any sort of email confirmation of the change and card order" and this guy kept on looking at me like I should know the answers already or something and the answers to both were no and no. Well - a week later my card finally comes in after receiving no notification confirming anything. As expected, of course the new card comes in my OLD name. *face palm* 0 stars for the time wasted and the advisor's demeanor1 star for the A/C and the A/C only

UPDATED REVIEW 2023 - This was the first day I've ever come in here and there was not a soul in the building. Yes. I know it sounds ridiculous, but honestly... One of the employees explained to me why this is so. Specifically on a Saturday afternoon after COVID lockdown. The two reps working today were very nice and accommodating AND I came in right before my birthday, so they wished me a Happy Birthday before I left. Thank you! Best visit ever.

Very seldom do i come here and do reviews . But today is different, i need to let the community yelpers know this location is amazing, Clean and breathable Branch.Their staff are amazing. Last week manager Jessica Santillan and her Team helped me a lot . It was regarding a transaction . The patience from the manager to understand my long going issue was a gift. There are many branches out there when they are busy they just want to brush you off. But not this branch. I been a member since 1985 and this is one of my favorites. Keep up the good work, i am opening a new business soon so i will bring my new money here . A respectable staff. 5 stars and more.

Unprofessional, I went in to cash a BOA check (I do not have an account with them), the sum was large so I asked if I could get a cashiers check. I could not. No problem-understandable as I am not with them. Then lady (Jessica-I am assuming manager because her co-worker asked for her to sign off on some documents) stated that I could still cash it. Ok, so I stood in line, reached the cashier and she stated that there was an $8 charge to cash the check. OK, odd because it is STILL a BOA check, but because I do not have an account with them there is an $8 fee, fine. So then I am asked questions such as employment status, stating it is for some report (due to the sum of the check). So I reply, “Self-employed”. The cashier said that this does not qualify as a response, so she asks me again (2 more times) about what kind of work I do. I am standing there perplexed, and I reply the same both times, “Self-employed”. This does not qualify as an answer? So she calls the presumed manager (Jessica, wearing a face mask) over to check and asks me again for the 4th time about employment and she also explains how Self-Employed is not a viable answer. Then I said, ok, put down that I am a student (as I have recently graduated). Nope, not an answer. I said ok, put down computer programmer. Jessica then stated “…I am doing you a favor by cashing your check, I really don’t have to cash it for you and we need the information for a report (security), so you can tell me what type of employment you do or you can take the check somewhere else”! (not exact words, although almost verbatim). Also, she said this in an angry and threatening manner. I don’t understand how she can say that she was doing me a favor when I am in a BOA location cashing a BOA check. I finally stated that I do property management. And this sufficed as an answer for some reason when Self-employed, student and computer programmer did not. Also to start off with when I arrived, I was passed up in line (most likely unintentionally) when Jessica was asking each person in line if they needed help. This was minor but still worth mentioning.Non-personal employee. Also I don’t understand how self-employed could not be an answer. All I wanted was to get a BOA check cashed and it turned into an embarrassing time consuming interaction that was completely avoidable. Unprofessional.*The gentleman next to me was becoming irate with his cashier (Hugo), so my experience does not seem to be an isolated incident. I overheard their whole conversation and once again, displays of unprofessional behavior from the staff at this branch.

Very slow customer services. One time, I made an appointment here and I had wait almost half an hour to an hour just to open a bank account. The lines to the tellers were very long. This happened way before covid even existed. Why have two or less tellers working at the counter? Expect at least a 15 to 20 minute what here! So unacceptable at this point!

I rarely ever go into the bank but I had to go to get something for my new apartment and so I went here and omg service was amazing!!! The manager and the bank teller were so nice and helpful! Line was long but went pretty fast I definitely would recommend this location!

Cynthia was very friendly and helped us open a bank account without any hassles. I didn't have any issues with them and am happy with the service provided.

Look. Bank of America is lousy. We all know that. When you come into a BofA you have low expectations. I get it. However this branch failed to meet even those really really low expectations. They were fully staffed so that's not the excuse. I can't explain what their excuse was, but we waited over an hour (on a Tuesday midmorning) for a simple transaction and there were others who waited longer. Tellers pretty much incompetent. Business bankers the same. Had we wanted a Kia not anything that would have made the bank money, we'd be first in line. But since we were trying to get money out, they couldn't find the time to serve us. This branch makes Wells Fargo seem competent, which is saying a lot

I had the WORST experience here after my dad passed away last year. I don't bank with Bank of America but the only reason I needed to come here was because I needed to withdraw money from my dad's EDD debit card. Mind you, I was doing this on his behalf up until he passed away because he was no longer able to drive and was barely able to stand on his own. I had to come here to make one last withdrawal because there was some change. Since the ATM only dispenses cash and no coins, I needed to go inside to make the last withdrawal. I explained the situation to the teller (didn't get her name because I didn't see a name tag and I was too pissed off to continue talking to her) and she just refused to give me the remaining $23.88. Since she already didn't want to help me, the last question I asked her was if I could just use the ATM outside and she sarcastically said, "If you have the PIN, then yeah..." I just walked out and used the ATM to get the last $20 off the card. The customer service here is trash and I'm so thankful I don't have my money with Bank of America.
