This is the worst branch: they are always rude, unhelpful and invent random reasons why they won’t do something for you. Even when the bank is empty, they will ignore you and make you stand there forever until they feel like waiting on you. The Manhattan Village branch however, is consistently friendly, welcoming, and easy to do business with.

The worst branch I went to. Terrible costumer service here. They have some kind of attitude. They don't have much staff here. I witnessed other people complain about Bank of America. They don't accommodate their costumers very well. They don't communicate well with the customers. The manager and one of the tellers named Ana makes up a ton of stupid excuses. I don't recommend come here at all.

Not the nicest Bank Tellers... I wait for my turn and my transaction takes less than 5mins and the lady makes a comment about my withdrawal- I replied "my math isn't the strongest"... Geez Ms.Bank Teller... some patience for your patrons please.

BoA is widely recognized as the shadiest and least trustworthy of the major banks. This particular office is no exception, a time wasting den of absolute crooks with those forced "courteous" smiles, who despite having an appointment, still take :20 to even get to you. Tough to run a business when every interaction, online or in person, takes...for....ever... More importantly, as anyone who's dealt with them knows, BoA has a deservedly terrible reputation for hidden fees, changing terms, and basically "stealing" everything they can get their hands on (legally they will send you an exhaustive form letter in 8 point font, but you know what I mean). Buyer beware -- there are lots of other options, particularly online banks who are FDIC insured and will treat you and your business much better. Don't trust these jokers!

This is not the closet branch to me but I made an appointment here to do some simple account adjustments. I'm glad I did some research and found this place. Everyone I encountered here is very friendly. Even the guard outside made us feel very welcome. Shortly, we were led to a booth, but we can still hear the good interactions from the clerks and customers out in the line. The lady helped us was very cautious and professional. She made sure nothing was wrong and helped us with patience and smile. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. We got to enjoy the nice sun and beach with a delightful piece of mind. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I have no choice but to come in to do transactions for my company. This bank is the worst! I hope management reads the Yelp reviews. There's always a long line with a wait of 30 minutes or so. How are you going to have one or two teller at a very busy bank, but yet five people on the floor???

Very great service, I was so happy to talk with Sara, she was so sweet and helped me a lot. The parking lot was really organized, such a really nice park attendance as well, really kind guy.

Bank of America is the worst major bank in North America, and this branch is not a bright spot. After 20 years of suffering their mediocrity but having it be just not quite bad enough to motivate a move to a better bank, even with large balances in multiple accounts, and with no warning or explanation -They had a corporate strategy review and decided to suck even more. I'm out. Expect long hold times, to then be transferred to the wrong department, to then be dropped. Expect online banking to be clunky with no support when issues arise.

30 people in line, 2 tellers! Undemanding COVID protocols, there is no excuse for it. Terrible communication or customer service for those waiting up to an hour to get in. Also, if appointments are an option a better job has to be done communicating that to B of A customers.
