Souvenir and apparel shop right at an entrance to the Village at Mammoth area. Prices are high as to be expected in this type of shop in a tourist area. I got a cozy sweater which I love though, and a fridge magnet for our collection for travel fridge magnets.

I stopped at the trailer at the mill today to buy a beanie and some sunglasses and met the nicest worker ever! I stopped and chit chated with her as I made my purchases and just had such a nice interaction with her! Her name is Brooklyn and if you get the pleasure of having her tend to you, you won't be disappointed she had amazing customer service and was just a guinene nice person to stop and talk to! They also had some really cute stuff to buy! Really nice beanies and gloves ect!

June 2023I liked McCoy's shop at the Village in Mammoth. The store was clean and organized. It looked pleasant. My grandkids like to get stuffed animals so we checked this store out for them. We found our stuffed toys and as we went to pay, the cashier was busy flirting with a coworker. She rung up my purchase and as I was getting my payment she picked up her phone and started checking her texts. Right there. At the front counter. With a customer standing in front of her! I had to ask her , "Am I inconveniencing you?" She was confused so I told her that I didn't want my purchase to take away from her phone time. She got a little flustered and handed me my receipt. No bag. No "Thank You". I had to ask for a bag for all of our items. I like the store overall. Some stuffed animals were a good prices while others were quite high. The customer service was really bad! I'm sure the workers are seasonal, but they really should be trained on giving the customer their full attention and keeping their phones in their pockets!

Came in to get some Mammoth memorabilia for myself and family members. Was assisted right away and the staff member, I think his name was Max, was very knowledgeable on where everything was in the store. Got some really nice pajama pants, some shirts, and the cashier was very patient while I picked out stickers. One of my best gift shop experiences to date.

Im not sure where to start. At first when I walked in, there only appeared to be one girl working in the store and she was busy helping customers. That was until I noticed a number of employees congregated near the back, unable and unwilling to provide any assistance, let alone greet customers. The entire store was messy and disorganized, and the selection they did have was very limited. The only person in the store who was willing and able to help me out was Lupita. After finishing up with the other customers, she helped me look for a sweater in my size. They didn't have it, but she was kind enough to find another store that did, and called them and had them hold it for me. I appreciated that, but felt bad for her being the only one doing any work around the store. Will be opting for other stores on future trips. Side note: People kept coming in and it looked like they were buying things from the what appeared to be the back office, which seemed odd to me.

Great gift shop! Lots of Mammoth branded merchandise, snacks, drinks, clothing, just about everything. Pricing is a bit higher than normal, this is Mammoth after all... you come here to spend some $. Staff is very friendly, no sales pressure, pretty chill shop! Parking is located on the street or across the General Store... like across Minaret Rd.

If you want a Mammoth branded souvenir shirt, this is the place to go. However the items are overpriced and the quality is very average (t-shirts are rough, hoodies are heavy and will shrink, nothing is soft or made of high end, soft fabrics). Very frustrating is the lack of sizes. For example, they currently have cute pjs in the main window but only have sizes XXS and XXL inside?!

A cool spot to get gifts, they have apparel , mugs, lots of stuff even candy. Don't beleive there's bathrooms, price is like any other store. The customer service is nice. It is nice cause it's in a strip mall with other stores close by. I got a mug, key chains and that's it. Nothing much more I can say

They have mask signs at the door. But I would estimate 50% of the people inside wear them, 20% do not have them on, 10% wear them as chin diapers and the rest just cover there bottom lip.. Honestly, this omnicron Covid variant is so contagious and the store clearly does not follow any health guidelines They are playing lip service with all their Covid mask wearing signs

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the prices. They have nicer things than most anyone else and definitely the most unique. You expect prices to be higher in travel destinations however a break would be nice.

TINA McCOY is THE WORST! We dropped over $500 and she provided THE WORST customer service. Never again are we going to come and shop here...it was as if she was annoyed that we were in there. No smile, huffing and puffing...terrible!! How can a souvenir store in Mammoth have three stars?! This is a tourist destination! Do yourself a favor and go patron another shop. I'm sure you will receive better customer service!

Just learned that the popular Mammoth Mountain crown logo is exclusive to shops like McCoy and the MM ski area souvenir shops. So instead of getting cheaper knick knacks from the cheaper shops, I had to suck it up and purchased tees from McCoy's. This shop was larger than the other stores in the area and they definitely have plenty of superb merchandise albeit pricey being in a tourist trap
