This place sells absolute garbage and ignores multiple emails about it fixing it. I got this mammoth sweatshirt as a birthday gift and the armpit totally fell apart during the first wear. After giving up on their customer service people responding to my emails in hopes of a replacement, I stitched it myself. I put it on and noticed the side was also coming undone, this whole thing is just falling apart at multiple seams. What a waste of $65.

Everything you'd ever want or need in a MTN. Leave the attitude at home and come shred.

Mammoth MTN is great. The lodge is good. Sports shop is good too. Might be cheaper to buy Mammoth gear in town

Mammoth Repair shop is the best! Was riding pow day this past weekend and my side boa came off AND my binding toe strap wouldn't latch. They fixed both in under 5 mins and the charge was only $20! Super grateful to Andrew & Blake for such fast & incredible service! You guys absolutely rock!

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Keith! He helped at least 4 people help put their chains/cables on this snow storm of a day today. He went above and beyond what I would expect anyone to help out with. He helped shovel (we forgot to bring a shovel) and everything. This guy is incredible!

Watch Out guys. My snowboard got stollen in the back of this building, in between the broadway and unbound express. I put my snowboard in the rack then went for restroom. It was gone when i got back. SAME thing happened to my friend the next day. I guess it is not rare.

Took gandola ride to the top of the mountain. It’s a family friendly ride to the top with access to the snow play area and the summit. Must visit!

There's a elder women on the shop at eagle and she is just plain rude. She also never asks if you have a pass to get your discount. In addition she has no customer experience. She doesn't say hello or asks if you need help and simply ignores you until you say something. I'm sure a teen would do a much better job and enjoy their day unlike her. I believe her name is Cindy.

Went to the store looking for a pair of ski pants since mine were too old, the first employee I talked to recommended me to buy the brand "H&H" and didn't say anything bad about them, and really pushed me to buy them. I had them for 24 hours and probably only walked in them for about 3 hours. My pants are ripped and continue to rip. I went back to this store to ask them if they could help and spoke to the manager on shift named Kathy. She told me it was my fault for walking on the pants and told me there's nothing she could do since it was my fault. However, I only wore the pants for 3 hours, and I don't think any pants should tear within three hours. I have 3 jobs and know how to be a professional and I can tell you that she does not know how to have professionalism when talking about a company defect. In conclusion, they should at least worn their customers that their pants will tear if they are walked on at all, and they should tell the truth about the quality of their products instead of lying. If you want a nice pair of snow / ski pants, do your own research and don't listen to them.

The shop is a little tucked away, but once you're in it's a pretty cool shop of ski/snowboard gear, as well as souvenirs. Yes, it's a little bit pricey, so make sure to present your annual pass for a 10% discount!
