“I love this bank. I'm 72 this month and this is by far the best service from a bank I've ever experienced. I have both my business and personal account with them. The branch is friendly and fast. A few years ago I was getting ripped off by a card processing service and the USCB branch manager gave me his time and a host of attentive resolutions including the recommendation of another processer who help me to stop the huge, daily drain of fees and charges ... monies from my account. This rip off processer had just lost a class action suit but, were still practicing their theft seemingly without account. Anyway, this is just one of the terrific attributes of ESCB. LOve the drive through and FAST and friendly attention in the branch. Highly recommend”

“I have not used the inside of this branch. I have only used the ATM's. I like this branch because it is right on the corner ( easy access) and they have tons of parking. The ATM's are actually inside so in the winter you will not freeze your $%# off while trying to get money. This branch is also very clean. They have 2 ATM's inside. It is really no different than any other Bank of America.”
