Rude rude sales gals. No hello when I walked in. They Couldn't care less that I was in the store. I was ready to buy something but they were so rude as they were so consumed by tik tok videos on their phones and barely looked up. The mirror was covered with clothes so I couldn't see the purse I was trying on. I wanted to try a pair of boots and the gal threw them in the bench and said 'here they are' and walked off to get back to her phone. I was so annoyed, so I tried on the boots which fit, by the way, but I was so pissed off at the way I was treated with no respect, that I just left them and walked out. I wanted to purchase a purse too but didn't want to give the store my money. Really bad experience.

Went there while vacationing in Malibu. Early afternoon. Checked their Yelp and saw their hours and it said open. Drove there. Parked walked to the door. Lights on. 2 female employees sitting at the register but the door was locked. I thought maybe it's a safety thing and maybe it's open the door for each customer? So I gestured. They literally didn't get off their lazy behinds and shewed me away with their hands with a disgusted look on their faces. I went their to buy myself and my mom handbags. Which they probably assumed I was going to window shop since I'm not the typical blond hair blue eyed 70 pound Malibu Barbie. They were very rude. I called to ask if they're open since I had promised my mom a purse from there and they were sitting there not answering the phone. This company is known for being racist. I'm staying away. I'll spend my money elsewhere. FYI you're an employee. Most can't even afford the items in the shops they work in and barely make minimum wage, please behave according to your pay wage and not like you own the store.

Three clerks who never said hi or stopped their conversations ignored my mother and I the entire time. Why would anyone by anything from a store like that? So rude

This is a beautiful boutique in the Malibu Country Mart. The merchandise is gorgeous and sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The clothing is very high end and well worth it. I could have bought one of everything! Cashmere is lightweight and comes in several colors. The designs are very hip and modern. This store also carries shoes, handbags and small accessories. I've found my new favorite store in Malibu!
