Walked into the store today to refresh my work wardrobe as I am huge fan of Vince. The two shop keepers did not even greet me or ask if I needed help. One of the shop employees was with another customer but I expect at least a hello or welcome when walking into a high end store. I went home and ordered my clothes online. Next time I will go to the Vince in the Palisades.

HORRIBLE customer service! I came here today with my husband to just get out of the house and both sales associates were AWFUL!!!! Their FIRST words to us were to awkwardly and rudely point out the sale section as to say we don't have enough money to shop regularly priced items LITERALLY appalling ! I figure it's a maybe just a bad personal day for them and continue to shop and finally decide on a striped tee bc I LOVE their tees ( and they strangely had TONS of fall items and it's so hott ) ANYWAY as we tell them we're ready to purchase the tee the RUDE younger male sales associate has the AUDACITY to f****** ask me if I'd like to know the price of the item before purchasing ?! Ummm what?! I bought the top anyway but it really bummed me out bc I wanted my husband to really like this brand bc I love the style and I feel like these rude nasty people ruined the brand for him! Shame on you Vince get real!Also NOONE IN THEIR STORE WEARS A MASK!NOT VERY CONSIDERATE DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!Just overall disgusting experience Trust me if you love Vince order online These are some of the nastiest people I have encountered And I've never had this experience in Malibu
