I needed gifts for my friend's 1 and 3 year old. They were so kind and helped me find the perfect gifts! The gift wrapping is gorgeous and will be very well received. Highly recommend this shop and love that we still have great local places to shop. Thanks so much!!!

Okay, in my opinion a toy store should feel good the second you walk in, it should be about pure pleasure, fun, and finding some goodies. Especially...the goal is to walk out of there with a BIG smile on your faces. I mean we're talking toys here! Well, this place was a treat find. Second time we've been there. It's a long drive to hang in Malibu - but this is now a stop too. It's a wonderful store. Again, second time and still whoever was working that day...awesome. I believe her name was Tracy? If she reads this - I was the goofball giddy and silly woman celebrating my anniversary with my family. She was super sweet. Super friendly. Made each and everyone feel EXTRA special. We chatted, we giggled. And yes! We got goodies and walked out with a smile. Now THAT is a toy store and a great way to do business. Made these customers feel special and go home with loot that keeps them smiling.

Owner does not enforce mask policy and instructs her employees to not ask people to wear a mask if they come in not wearing one. This is especially offensive since this is a kid's store and many children are not vaccinated. I couldn't bring my 2 year old into the store tonight because a family inside refused to wear their masks. This is actually the second time this has happened. Never coming here again.

Wow !!! I had such a great experience here today. The two girls at the register were a delight and welcoming and wrapped my daughters’ gifts so beautifully!! Thank you so much! 10/10 service and product ??????

We drove down from Santa Barbara for our friend's daughter's 4th birthday and we're in need of a gift. Toy Crazy was amazing!! Not only did they have a little girl's Spa Set (which is what she wanted) but they had a Bath Bomb making kit, and so many other adorable, unique gifts. I was able to find something for the little brother too (because you can't just bring a gift for one child and not the other when they're 2 & 4 yrs old). The girls working we're so friendly and helpful, I was able to be in and out in less than 30 with gift wrapped!! Yes, did I mention they even gift wrap?! I wish we had a Toy Crazy in Vegas, all my nieces and nephews would be so happy. Thank you Toy Crazy you made her birthday special and our job so easy.

So cute! I didn't even know places like this exist anymore- reminds me of the toystore my dad & I would walk to in Belmont Shore when I was little. A nice 'reset' than buying off Amazon or Target. Unique finds and a lot of classic toy options as well. I'm glad the playground by our house doesn't have a toystore right next to it- can be dangerous... genius location.

We came in early this afternoon to buy some toys for our daughter. The young lady-salesperson wasn't wearing a mask (it was dangling below her chin) even though there were several other customers at the store. We felt uncomfortable and left. Two hours later we tried again - same lady with no mask on was in charge. Will not recommend. Very unfortunate thar the store don't follow basic safety rules.

UNETHICAL! I purchased an item and brought it back 15 minutes later and they would NOT issue a refund. The young girl was extremely snarky and rude. This is highly unprofessional and insensitive. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I bought clocks and other toys which broke same day. I'm with NOT crazy about Toy Crazy. Good luck in this climate with your lippy teenaged employees.

A shop very cool, beautiful, well-groomed, and has everything q is toy worth spending some time there, watching, playing, eating and buying stuffed animals pqnos, medium, gdes and huge riding toys, dolls, games , puppets, electronic, and it finally has the famous piano, where in addition to playing, can take pictures worth having taken the elevator session of lego is a hit but again ... it's worth not to mention constantly q they have special sessions such as collection of Barbies, movie characters and etc.

They are open! Tracey helped us find a game for the beach. But they have so many toys for boys and girls! Oh and great service. Highly recommended!

This is our go-to toy store. Toy Crazy carries only quality brands, and a very good diversity in selection. They don't keep a deep inventory beyond what is on the shelf at the store, but they rotate the toys they carry, so going to the store is an experience where you might discover something new. (Turns out, that's much more enjoyable that being able to find everything and anything - including lots of junk - online.) The staff are familiar faces who always respond positively to requests for help when asked.
