The beauty advisors are super sweet and know their stuff! Parking is a pain but worth it given they were stocked up on everything and the staff is exceptionally nice.

I usually love Sephora and love their collections, however today's experience was not pleasurable: the lady that was helping me was not what I expect from skincare company, she had horrible breath smell and was talking to someone on her ear piece on not related subject while showing me products, very unkept physical appearance, and not welcoming! I wish I got her name, and when you leave with $200 - $300 purchase - I don't appreciate that experience!! Store owner please contact me for description of this employee,

I am by no means good at makeup at my older age but my experience shopping with Lindsey was amazing. She was so attentive and helpful and really answered all my questions! I didn't feel pressured at all and she offered me high end and lower end budget prices for what I was interested in. I even left with samples. She made the daunting experience great and I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to the store for years and have always had great experiences with the staff. But I came in today and there was one customer in the whole store with maybe 6 employees. No one greeted me or offered to help find anything. I decided not to purchase anything and left. No one said anything as I left, either.

i have been to 4 Sephora's in the last week trying to find the Dior lip oil in cherry. each store has said they are out it is a very popular item. at this location Maria was so helpful she helped me look at other products that were similar to find something i would still love. she was the only employee at any of the Sephora's to show me that i can look online to see if a specific store has it in stock. thank you Maria for being so helpful and lovely!!!

Sephora has always been one of my favorite places for all things beauty! When I was younger, I didn't get into it as much as I wish I had but as I have aged, I have appreciated the creativity it sparks and the art it allows you to create however you want! I love Sephora because as a whole, the women there know their stuff and can give pretty good recommendations! They are always helpful and many have a passion for beauty themselves! This particular location was very polite and enthusiastic about helping me with whatever I needed at the time and I have come here a few times! I do recommend them for whatever beauty obsessions you may be craving! They're gonna make you leave looking And feeling like a million bucks and give that True LA and Hollywood Vibe! Who wouldn't like that?!
