Had the best shopping experience during my stay in the states. I got the belt I have been looking for a few months and was served with amazing hospitality. Definitely recommend visiting if you are RRL fan.

Beautiful store with quite a few things I'm interested in but.... apparently my messy, just on my way home from camping for a week self, doesn't justify even an "hello" from the employees here.My current look doesn't show the fact that I can easily afford to buy their stuff and the employees are showing their true colors.I fell in love with a $1900 bag and a $1300 jacket but the judgement by the employees have sent me to other stores to spend my money.

Horrible store... I was treated like such garbage. I was asked why I wanted to purchase a certain item and its no one's business to ask why I want something. The customer service I received from Managers to Employees was utterly disrespectful. I would never treat anyone like how I was treated. I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this store to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant RRL experience. If I could rate this a 0/5 I would.

RRL is one or my favorite brands. I've been frequenting the Melrose store for years and I am knowleglable in vintage and heritage based clothing. Good luck getting a "hello" or greeting at this location. It sucks that the vibe is lame here, because its a beautiful location and build out. Hopefully a few of these bummer employees will wise up or go back to working at Lucky Brand. Check out the Melrose Store for better customer service.

Bought two keychains for 59 usd each three weeks ago (it was regular 95 usd). The item has been marked down for 39 usd for about a week now and I wanted to get a price adjustment. The items have receipt and is brand new with tags. They wouldn't adjust the price because they said that we bought the item marked down already. They won't even match the price on their own website. Even the worker there thinks it doesn't make sense but no resolution. I love RRL but this policy is so unreasonable. Please learn how to understand your customers better. This is just a heads up to anybody that might have stumbled on this review.

This Ralph Lauren store has the best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time! Zach and his gang of peeps are just plain awesome! On a bright Saturday morning this past May, I was riding around Malibu and felt the urgent, expeditious need for a denim jacket. So, I stopped by my favorite spot, Malibu Kitchen for a coffee and then strolled around the retail stores that are peppered around the facility. I walked into the RRL store after noticing a plethora of outerwear and was approached by Zach, one of the retail reps there. I pointed to a really vintage looking distressed denim jacket and decided to try it on. The one catch was that it had an elaborately designed patch on the back which I wasn't a big fan of. So Zach promised me that he will fish for one without the silly kitsch-styled-urban-cowboy-hieroglyphic and call me back. A week later, he called and had the jacket ready for me to try or pick up. Let me insist that Zach was very professional, cordial and was even willing to send it to me with a return slip, should I not be satisfied with the fit or quality. But I must admit that I was stalling since it was a bit pricey. A few weeks passed and Zach made it a point to check in with me from time to time. How about that for GREAT customer service? Then one day, he reached out again and said that the jacket was available at 40% off and that he was willing to ship it (next day arrival) for free! I possibly couldn't pass up this good an offer so I took him up on it! And when I say, I love this jacket, I mean heck - it fits like a glove is perfect for springtime / summertime rides on the motorcycle and looks great! Even when you put it on, the way the fabric feels, the way the buttons clasp with ease, this product screams good quality! So, thank you Zach! This purchase would not have happened if it weren't for your dedication and ability to sell! Thank you for keeping up appearances, being thorough and giving me a great deal! I hope your management recognizes who you are and unequivocal level of professionalism and dedication to your work. Good luck buddy!
