“RMS is amazing! We wanted to use original artwork on the inside flap of the envelope for wedding invitations, and Saleem made it happen! The invitations turned out exactly as my son and his bride to be wanted them. Saleem was able to get them made with quality materials and in a timely manner. We wanted them early so we could take them to Key West during our planning so we could have them post marked from there. The picture below is the location of the wedding, which was the inspiration for the art that my soon to be daughter in law drew. THANK you for another quality job RMS!!! You are the BEST!”

We changed the style and size of our sign a couple of times. We probably would be considered annoying at this point. Tim did not blink or hesitate, making our sign EXACTLY what we wanted and they shipped it out virtually next day after approval!!I wish more businesses were straight ahead, competent and efforless during the entire process. “Great One stop shop for mail, notary etc and very nice people. We are temporarily renting and wanted a place in between so we don’t have to keep changing addresses. My only complaint… security wall broke last year so they stopped letting people come in to get mail after 7pm, which makes it hard for me after work and can only pick up mail on weekends. They kept saying “it will be repaired in a couple months”, which was a half year ago. Honestly, if I’d known this I likely would have chosen a different PMB.”

“AIM Mail center is a great small business that's worth your patronage. They pride themselves on being a shipping hub that works with all the major mail carriers – UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. This makes it a great one-stop-shop for those of us who frequently have shipping needs. Rather than visiting one of the big box shipping centers, I much prefer supporting a mail center that is independently owned. And it brings peace of mind knowing they will accept any of my packages, letters, or envelopes – regardless of the shipping company. The only drawback are the prices for shipping materials, which will be slightly higher than most franchised/corporately owned mail centers. I paid $4 for a small bubble mailer, for example. Even so, it's worth it just to skip the dreaded lines at USPS, UPS, and FedEx centers!”
“I goofed up on a project I was working on. It looked like I would have to go back to my home screen to fix it and come back. Shout out to Marvin. He went above and beyond to help me, using some creative approaches to make it right and get it finished. Marvin worked with me for nearly 20 minutes -- granted it was a slow Sunday afternoon and there were very few customers present. Whew, what a relief. Kudos Marvin. Peace out.”

“It was passport renewal time and found PostalAnnex+in Calabasas on Yelp. I called and was given all of the information I needed and how to complete the application online and print it to bring along (with necessary things to complete the process). Of course new photos are required...(no problem they're all set up and even show you the digital photo for your approval before printing it! Affordable too)!I was given easy instructions as well as application fee rates, renewal and expediting rates.Within literally a few minutes everything was completed and off and running. The store itself is clean, organized and has everything you need for any type of shipping (including a huge greeting card selection) and a 24 hour access mailboxes. Parking is easy too! I'll be coming here for any mailing or shipping needs and passport updates from now on!Thanks to PostalAnnex+ for making this an easy process!”
“I recently used this FedEx location to ship 2 big boxes( my son’s computer) to his dorm in another state. The staff were supper helpful and my packages arrived on time and in great shape . I also paid $138 vs $300that UPS wanted to charge me . Will definitely use them again for all my shipping. Thank you.”
