Incredibly helpful and many services for the community. The key duplicating service is awesome. We had a vintage key and they actually had the key in stock to duplicate (our locksmith didn't have it in stock, nor did Home Depot)!

I have used this Postal Annex and other Postal Annex's for shipping using the same carrier, etc, and this one in Malibu near Trancas charges way more $$ for mailing the same item out to the same recipient.

Incredible service from Jasmine and the team. We had shipped a business proposal through another shipping company that needed to arrive by a firm deadline. As that deadline approached and the guaranteed delivery time had not taken place, I was looking for local options that could rush print and then deliver the proposal directly. I called at 1:00 PM and needed it delivered by 3:30 PM same day.

My father died recently and I was left to try to find out how to get his possessions to my house on the other side of the country. The postal Annex in Malibu took care of everything. They actually came to my house, picked up my father's possessions and shipped them to North Carolina. I am incredibly grateful. They did a fantastic job. I will miss them dearly. Thank you postal Annex Malibu for taking care of me.
