Great store with an extensive selection. The employees working here was so friendly and we found exactly what we needed. We were also able to bring in our pets, and they really enjoy the experience!

Terrific little spot for good pet eats and treats. Best thing here is the warm, amazing staff. Shout out Mera! Very nice variety, if not the widest selection, but just the sweetest staff.

What can I say boy talk about educated and intelligent the workers that work there know their s*** my cat was having issues with food and the guy in there totally helped me clear it up got me the right food got me off of the fake prescription food knew exactly what I was talking about which was the first person at any pet store since I got to LA this place rocks

Great place to shop very friendly service and they have a new wonderful product that's all natural and kills fleas both a spray and a powder you can feed or dust on the animal that is completely safe, effective,and non pesticide related. What really shocks me is the veterinarian in town doesn't even know of that product yet.

This is a boutique-type store, not a big box store like Petco. I have a strong preference for patronizing locally-owned businesses rather than the chains or the evil empire (Amazon), both to support small businesses and to maintain our having local communities. I think that Pacific Coast Pets' prices are competitive with the big chains. You get a free bag of dog food after you buy each 10 or 12. While the selection of products is smaller, it is comprehensive and I have been able to find everything that I need for my dog, from quality food, snacks, toys, meds and accessories. The sales staff is very knowledgable and helpful and it is a big plus to be able to park right in front and not to have to navigate a big behemoth of a store. Highly recommended for all of these reasons.

Pacific Coast Pets has been a longtime 'MUST VISIT' pet supply store in Malibu for decades. Between the two Malibu locations, they have everything your dog, cat, fish or reptile would ever need!!
If you are a Malibu resident, and you're still buying gross grocery store food for your pet, you need to do yourself and your pet a favor and go to go here; they will educate you on the danger of commercial pet food and how it will harm your dog or cat, taking YEARS off of their life!! VISIT THEM TODAY!

I love this store! Prices are fair - often BETTER than Petco (depending on the product), staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they carry A LOT for being such a small store, and they'll actually special order for me whenever they don't have something! Plus, I recently discovered they do DELIVERIES - free for over $50! But honestly, there's nothing like the feeling of shopping at a place where they know your name - not to mention your dog's name! That feeling of community is so priceless... The owners (a husband and wife) are kind, down-to-earth people, and I can just see how much pride they take in running their business. It's clear they put a great effort into educating their staff on product as well. Perhaps it's not perfect, I can see a few people have left bad reviews - but it does appear they are judging the place off of one bad experience. All I know is I know several people who have had profoundly positive things to say about this store, and it absolutely deserves our community's support.
