Allen is the greatest Oliver Peoples Person Ever!
I have been a customer for over forty years. But it wasn’t until I met Allen at the Malibu store did I realize how wonderful it was to mix up eyeglass styles.
Now I rotate 10 different styles. And today I bought a new frame style…. Thanks to Allen the adventure continues!!!!!!!

I've been looking for a particular pair of sunglasses in a particular color. This store had a great selection and had the pair in stock. Dave, the sales person was attentive, helpful, sized the glasses to my head, cleaned and prepped them, and mentioned a great promotion that saved me considerable money. It was a great experience with excellent service.

Went to this store yesterday to get my 10 year old sunglasses adjusted and tightened. Great customer service by Dave, who also replaced the rubber pieces my ear at no charge. Super friendly and professional. I stopped by a year ago and same great service. You pay a lot for Oliver Peoples glasses but the service and quality is amazing!

I highly recommend this location. I have been coming here for over 10 years. I have had to wear prescription glasses for over 40 years. So I have been to a lot of optical shops. This one is by far the best I've ever been too!!! All the other optical shops, regardless of the price range, never seemed to get my prescription lenses right. And I had heard of a report done several years ago, that said a majority of optical shops get the prescriptions wrong most of the time. Which I definitely experienced. I just happened to come in to the Oliver Peoples Malibu Store on a whim. Thinking I might buy a pair of glasses but then would take them elsewhere for prescription lenses. I was so impressed with their customer service that I decided to let them do the lenses also. They were perfect! 20 pairs later and I am still impressed!! My latest incredible experience was with David. He saw me standing outside the shop as it was before their opening time. I was 20 minutes early due to an inaccurate opening time on google maps. But he saw me and opened up early!!!! I was going to order some new lenses for a new pair of glasses since my old ones had just broken. I had only bought lenses for the broken pair (the frames were over 7 years old and not Oliver peoples) 4 months ago and was frustrated that I had thrown $300 out the window. Luckily my new frames were very similar in size to my old ones and much to my delight he was able to fit the old lenses into the new frame!!!!! David is a very skilled, kind and caring optician. He didn't even charge me to do the swap!!! I am so grateful. He saved me $300 and I was able to walk out with my new glasses without waiting a couple of weeks for new lenses to be made!! Thank you David!!!!

Can't say enough great things about the staff at this location! My Oliver Peoples sunglasses had lost a screw and I had previously taken it to my local optometrist for a temporary fix. I happened to be in the area and dropped in to see if Oliver Peoples could fix it properly, and they spent the time and care to look into it. They had to keep it for a few days so that they could properly reshape the screw opening back into place as it was slightly damaged by my optometrist. Happy to report it now fits like a charm and is tightly screwed back together properly. They even graciously Fed Ex'ed it back to me carefully packaged and wrapped as I don't live in the local area, all without charging a dime. There's a reason to pay an extra penny for this brand! Thank you!!

I got a great pair of glasses at Oliver Peoples in Malibu. The staff was very friendly, professional and caring for what I wanted. The glasses and lenses are high quality. I highly recommend you getting your glasses there.

The staff here is amazing! My boyfriend and I came in looking for sunglasses and David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each pair. After trying on multiple different styles, we finally found the perfect pair! Thank you David!

The way Malibu OP had my "office lens" glasses made was supreme! I don't know what they did differently, but somehow the quality of the lens was better than any other glasses I had before, and they worked great for reading and working on the computer. Couldn't be happier. Plus, I love Oliver People style of glasses! Got my sun glasses here too.

Great product. Very helpful staff. Worth every penny when you think about how glasses become a part of your face. Especially in the Zoom age. Cheaper than plastic surgery :)
