“This place is a little gem. I've been here a handful of times over the years, the last time apparently 10 or 15 years ago, since don't live in Malibu...until now when I made a special trip recalling the previous magic of this nursery. Back then it was a much larger plot, full of great plant finds. Now it has undergone a transformation.of sort. It's much smaller and there is some finishing carpentry upgrades on a couple of sheds ongoing. Definitely check it out to see what they'll use them for.
There's a selection of plants in smaller quantities then before but you're bound to find something you like.
The opening days are limited to only Tuesdays and Fridays for now. I'd recommend calling ahead to check the recorded message. Unfortunately there are no descriptions or labels on any of the plants, nor are there any prices posted. The lady at the was nice and helpful.
Nevertheless, do come. I'm told the owner is eclectic and turns up with a gem pretty frequently but this places apparently mostly caters to wholesale customers or locals.”
