just wanted to share some love for your store employee at malibu named Tori.I've been to the store many times and you always have incredible employees - Tori in particular went above and beyond. Her attitude was so upbeat and positive, she treated my dogs like queens, she is just the sweetest and most helpful ever and I wanted you to know that!I didn't intend to purchase walking in but her helpfulness resulted in two weeks of dog food for my pups, ha! Great job, Tori!

The employees are great and helpful, there’s no disputing their food meets the health requirements for your child- I mean dog; the packaging needs to be improved upon before I’m totally sold. Plastic is a mess, and transferring it into containers to make more of a mess at that price point seems archaic. Their gentle formula is amazing for any upset stomach. The dogs love it when it’s fresh, and then the rest goes in the trash. There’s always a way!

Unpleasant personality and extremely rude! Go to Petsraunt and other location don't come here unless u want to abused my their staff! Psycho i never write reviews they zero stars!! My dogs deserve better at 54 bucks a bag!! 400 on dog week and treated like hot sh$& on NY summer day with garbage

A little over 10 years ago, the veterinarian where I've been taking all my rescued pets, had starting carrying JustFoodForDogs, and highly recommended I start my most rescued dogs (Chico and Bo) on JFFD. They've been very healthy to date as a result, with only minor issues due to a cracked tooth and upset tummy (due to ingesting something outside my front yard). When the pandemic restrictions hit, the veterinarian no longer sold JFFD at his clinic/hospital, and positively referred to a few local JFFD kitchen and pantry locations...one in particular was the Malibu pantry. I have been placing monthly orders with them ever since, and would give them a 10+ star rating if I could! Katie, in particular, has been taking my orders, following through exceptionally...making sure they arrive at my home safely, completely and on time, and is very knowledgeable, professional and kind...providing the best customer care possible!!!

I have lived 7 years in Malibu and for the last 2 years I have been a customer and absolutely love it! I am so lucky that this location exists with the excellent customer service. If you decide to go here ask for Katie!!! She has helped me so much when it comes to picking out the right diet. My dog was having some skin issues and she right away told me about the Joint and Skin.. I am absolutely amazed! No more skin issues. She's knowledgeable, compassionate about her work and ALWAYS gives my dogs treats wherever I come with my dogs. I now refer to her as my own daughter and my dogs absolutely looovveee her. I give her a 10/10 for surel

As a new pet owner I didn't have a clue about the food or treats for my puppy so I decided to take a look to this place which is located near to my house and I'm so happy that Ange the store manager helped me. She was very helpful and recommend me a great variety of food for my puppy, i would definitely come back here, the products are probably the best for our dogs and cats I definitely recommend this place.

Love this place. Saw the new location and looped back around. There was no one inside and noted that the place closed in 2 min! Eek! This location, at least on a Sat, closes at 6pm as opposed to 8pm (other locations) Closes at 7pm during the week, we were told. The woman clerk could not have been nicer and loved on our dog. We quickly bought 2 large bags of dog food and praised how spotless the store was. The pride showed. It was modern and cool. Lots of selection for dogs, 1 type of kitten food. Tons of treats and supplements. Not cheap but worth the splurge. The lady was so nice knowing that we were from out of town, offered us 2 cooler packs for the food in our cooler. Just a feel-good place and I cannot wait to go back as we are in Mailbu a lot. It is on the right hand side of the main drag (PCH) if heading north.
