This company sells defective clothes that fall apart after 5-10 wears and then not only won’t replace/refund but won’t even provide store credit for faulty items. Such poor customer service..

The security guard asked me to get my feet off the furniture and my foot wasn’t even touching anything. Store is always empty. Security must be bored.

Went shopping here.. love the t shirts.. The issue is that I purchased a lot of things for my VERY PICKY son.. Well, he didn't like them.. Went to return it, only to be told my only option is a store credit. Hmm, wouldn't that have been nice to know prior to spending almost $3000! I know that my son is picky, so I would have brought him there with me if I had known the return policy. I always buy a lot and then return it later if it doesn't fit. ALWAYS!! I never try anything on... EVER! . This return policy is absolutely ludicrous, and is a stone age mentality! Once I spend this ridiculous store credit, I won't return!

Looks like I won't say anything that hasn't already been said by other reviewers. I discovered this store about ten years ago and immediately fell in love with the quality and softness of the fabrics. Bought a ton of stuff, then life went at warp speed and one day I noticed all the stuff I bought was literally hanging by a thread. Went in a few months ago and bought all the staples, clothes I live in every day (lounge pants, lightweight hoodies, T-shirts etc). Within two weeks one of the lounge pants I bought had a hole in the pocket. I literally use these pants only in the evenings when I'm ready to, well ... lounge. Now my hoodie also has holes in several places (again, this is just my eveningwear, I'm not doing heavyduty gardening or climbing El Capitan in this stuff!) So disappointed. I feel this company has become a bit of a scam, capitalizing on its once-deserved reputation for quality and meanwhile bait-and-switching customers with near Target-quality fabrics at ridiculous prices. Back when integrity must have mattered, I didn't mind paying $160.00+ for a pair of lounge pants. Now I mind. Also, the workers truly are snobbish (probably too young to have taken to heart a memorable Beverly Hills shopping scene in Pretty Woman) and typically stand around looking bored and a little resentful they have to be there in the first place (it's bizarre they have 3-4 employees on the floor at any given time with hardly any foot traffic to justify it). One day I was unfolding some T's to see how I liked the colors and an employee sounding very put-out asked me if he could help me find a particular size. Caveat emptor: if an employee asks you this question it is code for "please don't make me have to actually work at this job. I'll have to fold all those clothes when you leave and I much prefer standing listlessly while you pay lots of money on crap fabrics that will tear in two weeks." James my friend, this is your wake-up call. Please do something to make me love spending tons of money on your business like I used to. For now I'll preserve my own integrity (and bank account) and shop elsewhere.

Very cool exterior design. Perse is pricey for upscale basics clothing, but great quality and ohh so soft...
