She was so patient and supportive, and she really helps you look through all the fabric swatches. The store is amazing, holds many excellent models of what Sofa U Love is capable of, and Staci gives excellent and personalized cooperating service. The ability to create any shape and style sofa you can think of is incredible, but this store wouldn't be a success without great sales people like Staci.”

Their showroom should, for all intents and purposes, be considered an art exhibition. It’s a meticulously crafted space with a remarkable collection of one-of-a-kind furnishings. The owner, Lily, went above and beyond and came to our house to measure and help us decide on the perfect furniture for my 13 year old. We needed help dismantling our current furniture (which we previously bought from her!) and she helped facilitate that as well which was a huge load off our shoulders. I highly recommend Kids Cottage to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service- plus it’s made here in the U.S. which is hard to find these days!”

“I love this store so much ! The staff is super helpful. The crazy reviews on here must be from some really off beat mentally ill individuals. I have shopped here for 10 years and the Manager Melissa has been the absolute best. Some people obviously don't know the protocols of the business and strike out to attack when things don't go there way. It's so easy to hide behind a computer screen and fire off a bunch of nonsense.
I will continue to shop at this location because of the excellent customer service I always receive from everyone that works here.”
