WORST shop ever. ready to spend money. As i DO have money myself. Little she knew the worker who i think seemed to be from england since she had a bristish accent. That i was ready to spend. I was searching for my size and she unprofessionally and rude said that i was disorganizing her clothing. LOLLLLL that's what a store need's to do. If a customer wants to search for her size, she has every right since she's about to throw money to your face woman. SAD TO SEE. She does not know i'm famous. And i will tell all social media the misstreat she did to me as a costumer. Who has bought 2 times MORE than 2,000 dollars. I don't know if your the owner but change your way of doing business because that's why your store is EMPTY. Every single time i visit, since i don't live in los angeles. Good luck with your store. That woman if she's the owner deserves some prayers and if she's a worker needs to be fired.

Shortly after we moved to California, we were exploring Malibu and found Encore..
We quickly realized that not only were the sweatshirts warm and soft, but so were the owner and her daughter. They genuinely made us feel welcome in our new home and treated us like family.
Now every time someone comes to visit or we're in the area, we make sure to swing by and say hello. The owner always remembers us, including our little boy, and I can't say enough about how kind they are each time we stop in!

Horrible experience and such a joke of a store. I went into the store to buy a hat and the blonde woman yelled at me because I had a water bottle in my hand and touched a hat… can’t make this up so rude and condescending would never go back. Also $40 for a trucker hat is unheard of lol

We had such a positive experience shopping at Encore today! My fiancé and I met Diana and she was very delightful. We bought a few great items that were taking back home to Texas. I highly recommend this clothing shop!

Encore is a small clothing shop in cross creek shopping area in Malibu. While this shop had been here for a few years, it was my first time inside. To be honest, Fendi dragged me inside and liked the blue tie dye hoodie. The shop staff, maybe the owner, was cordial towards me and Fendi. There was a beautiful print long kaftan like dress that caught my attention. Upon inquiring, the shop owner was delighted and wanted me to try it on. This dress was the priciest item in the store, it figures! I'm always drawn to the spendy stuff :( When I don't have Fendi in tow, I'll return to try in on...although I know for a fact loose clothing looks better on a hanger than on me :/ form fitting looks better on my physiqué. The shop mostly has things tourists like. Everything from sweatshirts, hoodies and baseball caps in tie dye and labeled ' MALIBU' It goes without say, most locals will not wear this labeled MALIBU. Nonetheless very eye catching and cute and probably cool for some and worth a look see visit.

The women there were exceptional. They helped me pick out the cutest white sweatshirt with black tie dye and pink MALIBU that I later saw a huge Instagram star picked out as well. I was pleased. They also helped my boyfriend get a more age appropriate sweatshirt for his 10 year old daughter. We chatted with the women for about 20 minutes about everything under the sun. I will be ordering online now that I am back East. Definitely pricey so don’t go without a pretty penny.

Diana Day is a great person and has a wonderful personality. Diana helped me with a special order and i am very happy. i travel over 400 miles to visit this store and i am more than happy with the products and service.i will continue to shop Encore. i love the store.
