We had a really bad leasing experience with this realtor that hung us out to dry and do not want others to go through if leasing through this realtor. When we were looking to lease a property in Malibu the response was very good. However, after staying at the property for 9 months, the move out experience with this firm was unprofessional, a very slow response, no final walk through from this firm or the landlord even though we requested one, and to our shock we did not get our original deposit back of over $10,000 due to unauthorized deductions by the landlord. What’s worse, to add insult to injury, they had also increased our rent by 50% for a few months during our stay!
After spending almost $300,000 in leasing through this realtor, this turned out to be a horrible customer service experience with this this realtor that we do not want others to go through.

We decided to hire Cormac & Wailani O'Herlihy after a failed listing with another realtor.
They were amazing from always being in communication, having
knowledge of the area as well as connecting and organizing us with vendors, for example Home staging.
They made the experience of selling our home a smooth and simple process.
We loved living in Oak Park, especially the "open space"
but had an opportunity to live the island life and sold our dream home.

He and his business partner and wife, Wailani O'Herlihy, certainly know the area and surrounding neighborhoods, north, south and east. While I'm no longer pursuing a property in SoCal, I would highly recommend this couple for all your real estate needs.
