Ok service, Not to friendly. They kind of treat you the way you look.I was trying to cash a check, paid to myself for my business and the lady that help me said that she was going to cash it against my personal which I told her that it was my business and she was surprised.I didn’t look that clean since I work in construction.

Well, I would like to thanks for their service. My first time at this branch River Berkin received me w/big smile, she was very helpfull to set my app on my phone and teach me steps to dobtransfers to other bank.Another day was the same with Kasra, smiliing face, nice, and helpfull also.Thank you Chase to have a very nice employees, helpfull and very knowledge also, like River, can't wait to go back to the branch.

Where is the time you could just walk into a Chase branch and get basic service? You can't keep using the pandemic as an argument for having 10 desks but zero bankers to help someone simply open a new account for his senior mother. In one day I went to 5 Chase branches and not 1 branch, including this one, that would help a good old walk-in. They simply sent me, a Chase Private client with a pretty high cash balance, back home.How many empty desks do your branches need to get to until your CEO has the year-end bonus he wants? After 15 years of being with Chase, I'll move all my assets elsewhere. My money is worth more than this.

I am so grateful for this bank branch. Amine answered all my questions thoroughly and squeezed me in for an appointment very last minute, when I really needed it. He was super efficient setting up my account (I was in such a hurry) but somehow still warm and friendly! Dakota is so helpful and thorough too.
Wow, I have wasted so much time with other banks and they got me all taken care of so fast and made sure to do it right. Thank you!!!

Dakota at the Point Dume branch is the best and deserves a raise for her exceptional customer service! She just printed all of my statements for three closed accounts. I did not realize how much work it was going to be for her. Thank you Dakota!!!!

Even though I'm not a million dollar client, every time I walk into the Chase branch in Malibu they make me feel like a Million Bucks! Not only they greet me with a big smile, they know the names of all the dogs I bring in! From Resi, Shaun, Marisa, Aaron, Jen and Haylee. They make me work harder on my business cause I want Chase to be proud of me being their client! After the fires they asked if I needed anything, water, food for my animals and how I was actually doing. We are a close knit family in Malibu and I'm grateful of my local branch!

Every Chase is a little different, ranging from mediocre to superb. This one is in the latter category, having helped me out in the past w a major issue during a thunderstorm when I needed to send an important doc, and more recently, by just being friendly.

I've never written a bad review before and hate to start now, but here it goes.... If you want to experience the definition of UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and/or have your patience tested for hours while witnessing bureaucratic nonsense, then by all means this is your bank. Compared to all other bank establishments in the surrounding area, this particular branch of Chase rates the lowest in every category to me - especially in customer relations. Too bad Ashley left years ago, she was the only good thing about this place. From the private client banker fellow (name intentionally withheld) all the way up to the manager/advisor suit- these guys don't know their stuff. As a long time client representative, I cannot wait to move all our banking needs out of this establishment as soon as I can.

By happenstance I noticed the 3.3 rating of this Chase branch and while I don't review any places of business very often I had to say something because I had a great experience at this branch, it was a couple months ago now and I was on a very short lunch break and they went out of their way to get me out of there asap, they were friendly and helpful I wish I could remember the teller and other bankers name who helped me, it was a young man and a possibly Hispanic? woman in her early thirties probably, just know both of you helped me out in a big way and I appreciate it
