These are overpriced sweats. The pants are too long and I'm 5'7", and the tops sleeves were too long as well. Trieste return but since I bought them on sale, not returnable. Not worth the cost, other lounge wear is just as good.

Edit: The audacity. Did I reach out? Of course I did! And I was told no exchanges were possible. Im happy to forward emails and call logs. I really don’t appreciate being painted as a liar. About a month after I left reviews on yelp and Google I then got an email saying I could send back my items and purchase new ones in the correct size. How generous.Absolutely awful customer service and poor quality. Beware you cannot make any exchanges and if you purchase any items on sale (which they do almost every week) you cannot return the items. I bought many items and a few did not fit so now I am stuck with several hundred dollars worth of useless items. Please be aware of their non-existent exchange policy before you spend your money here

Easily the WORST retail experience I’ve ever experienced - takes a month plus to ship, custom monogram not completed, other missing items and no customer service to help manage their terrible process. Avoid at all costs, far too many other good, reliable and quality retailers out there to support.

Unreliable, sizing, and bad customers experience. I purchased two tops that were the same sizing and they showed up completely different sizes. The company will not exchange or return my top that is the incorrect dimensions because I purchased it on Black Friday. This was never made known to purchasing it.

There is no such thing as customer service ! fAs a first time customer w a substantial first order over the holidays, all my messages & emails were ignored.As a local & referred by long term customers, we are all appalled by the customer service line that never responds.It is a shame that such a company exists & thrives without any responsibility to its customers.

A worthy update. I was able to get resolution via the DM option on their Instagram page. Also a friend got help immediately via email. It appears they are short staffed for phone operations. They are a niche player and going through some issues that unfortunately many In boutique retail are facing. The products are definitely unique. Probably best to visit in store, if possible. Also to understand any sale item is a final sale.

bleusalt is quite pricey. In general I like the products. i do think they are overpriced as evidenced by the fact that they constantly have sales. customer service could really be improved. I wrote a review that they did not post because I brought up the concern that they don't care about women who are not 5'7" or taller. I keep being told to go spend even more money by having things hemmed. it has soured the milk somewhat.

Terrible company, we will never consider buying from them again. We purchased a large order on Black Friday and found out later that there was a no return policy for sale items, even though they were barely discounted for black Friday. The fit of bleusalt clothing is terrible and the quality is inconsistent (the stitching in the shirts was unraveling up on arrival). We attempted to call customer service to ask for a refund (even for store credit) or at minimum a size exchange and they would not allow it. We called "customer service" so many times and they also never pick up the phone. Other premium clothing brands have return policies and quality guarantees but bleusalt does not stand for the quality of their products.

customer service is non existent. I purchased 8 2 yard wraps, 4 at a time as gifts. They put 2 wraps in each bag so each gift did not get the bag. Tried calling to ask about it, willing to purchase more and have received no response. Very expensive, great idea but once you make your purchase, if there is an issue, you'll never hear from them again. They will send lots of emails to sell you more things though.
