Unfortunately, they seem to not prioritize customer service at this shop so I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I called a few times and was told I could drop my board off to have it repaired, but after driving 35 minutes to take my board in on a Saturday they said they couldn't take boards until later in the week. Apparently they didn't have any room to hold onto one board as a courtesy. Disappointing to say the least.

A real locals shop. Mitch is the real deal and treats locals and visitors very well. I feel very lucky that he's here in town. Love live Mitch and long live Becker's!

I just didn't give 0 stars because it's not possible. I arrived at 5:30 pm and they had already closed. It wasn't yet 6pm. I didn't like wasting time on that.

Dylan is the most consistent and considerate employee that I have ever met. Dylan talks so much he's the most personable person I've ever met. Woooow!!!! Super well dressed Dylan with his board shorts and collard shirt really made my day. Flip flops obviously as well. Dylan is the backbone of Becker Surf & Sport and the hardest worker ever. He really goes out of his way to greet every customer, make them feel welcome, and has this incredible patience he uses to answer any and every question.yes.

Walking into the store with my toddler daughter, we were immediately greeted by a kind saleswoman who was so sweet to my daughter, got on her level and overall made us feel cared for and listened to. My daughter who is typically shy opened up and was eager to show me a bracelet that she wanted and since the overall experience was top notch I couldn't help myself. These days with online shopping it's even more critical to have these instant bonds, where it's obvious that buying in store is worth the sticker price. I've been coming here for over 20 years and I have never had a poor experience so whoever is managing this store- high ten and hang loose to you!!!

Hard working, knowledgeable, helpful and fun staff! Found everything we needed. The best selection of seasonally appropriate attire for sure! Plentiful parking.
