Best store in Malibu. Just had the best experience shopping at the Barefootdreams in Malibu. So many great soft things for everyone in the family. Staff was so helpful and went the extra mile for me helping me pick out a gift for my wife. They even brought all my bags to my car which was park so far away. Oops ;) just wanted to give a big shout out to the staff and manager!! I'll definitely be back!

Are you thinking about going here? Don't. This place is god awful. The employees are horrendous and might I add gross. One of the girls was wearing the shortest shorts (I mean literally could see her a** cheeks) I have ever seen and as a supposedly place of business for mangers to let her wear this is just disgraceful. Also wasn't wearing a hoodie or anything to try and cover it but was wearing a crop top tank top to show all her not so skinny body off. The clothes are very comfy don't get me wrong and how the clothing company began is truly beautiful but the store, employees, and managers are just the opposite. All the girls talk s*** while the customers are in store about one of the other girls. I mean like I said for a place of business it's pretty awful. If you'd wanna shop there clothes, I recommend going to nordstrom's or some other place that sells these items. If you wanna read other reviews about this company, go to their location in Agoura...this really shows how awful they are.

Returned an item, which Barefoot Dreams received back on January 4th. It is now February 1st and still no refund to the card that was the used to purchase item?? I have called 2 or 3 different times, only to get a different story each time I call. Why is taking some long to get a refund...not good customer service and I certainly won't be purchasing anything again from Barefoot Dreams!

I love the Barefoot Dreams cozy soft fabric. It is my favorite lounge wear. On my maiden visit to their new flagship store in Malibu Park at Cross Creek, I purchased a CozyChic Lite Island Wrap and two pairs of their CozyChic Ultra Lite Women's Lounge Pant. Mind you it is pricey but worth every penny in my opinion. This location is a destination. There are two separate buildings. One displays the home and children's collections and the other is the women and men collections. A wide selection of items on display and lots of sizes in stock. Three separate staff members assisted me while shopping between the buildings. In between the building is a fun adult play area with games. Free parking (including EV charging stations) is available to shoppers in the plaza which is located not a far drive from Malibu Pier.

I’ve been attempting to place a return for the last 3 weeks. I’ve called multiple times, emailed multiple addresses and reached out on social with ZERO response back. I’m very disappointed and cannot recommend Barefoot Dreams. Clearly I should’ve read reviews and looked at their Better Business Bureau reviews (F) prior to ordering. I cannot recommend Barefoot Dreams due to the nonexistent customer service.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! I ordered an item in November that was the wrong size and I emailed customer service on 12/11 asking for a return authorization and then again on 12/26 and STILL have received no response, it has been over a month. I’ve also called and left voicemails and still no response. The order number is BFD 216484.

Don’t order from them if you don’t want them to take your money and never deliver the product. Worst customer service EVER!!!! After we spent over $1,000 in their Malibu store I decided to order a few items as a gift for my husband’s birthday. Placed an order on September 13th, never got any confirmation email even the amount was charged from my account. Three days later (on September 16th) I received an email that the package was shipped. The tracking number showed that the package was delivered (it never was!) the same day I received that email. Not only my husband never got his birthday gift, but I also never got my money back. I called customer support and they were supposed to contact me back within 10 days which they never did. I called again and they said that UPS stated that they delivered and that they (UPS) contacted me so Barefoot Dreams decided that they don’t need to. So they decided to take another 10 days and again never contacted me. I just called them back just to find out that apparently UPS delivered it again two days ago (how?? If it was already delivered over a month ago then what did they deliver just now?). We are about to take all the products that we ever purchased back to their store as the way they treat their devoted customers is really frustrating. Don’t want to have anything related to this company anymore! And will make sure to share my experience with everyone so people wouldn’t have to deal with the hustle I’m dealing with after spending hundreds of dollars. Terrible business!!!

Ally and David, the sales specialists, are super friendly. Told me about steam sanitizing their products after the customers try them on. Answer all the questions regarding preparations for store merchandises so that the shoppers can feel safe and virus free when shopping at their stores. In addition, the fabrics of most of the products are minimum maintenance, machine washable, casual to dressy, and multi-finctional for hot and cold weathers. Great store to hang out and meet new friends.
