Mad but I guess I e an appointment and they change my appointment so I'm leaving the state in August is July now and they wanted to change my appointment again to September. Worst service I've ever seen in my life. The people were rude and I'll never bring car to them again.

I would recommend everyone to stay away from here. This place needs to be closed. Its only a EXTREME SCAM. I wish I could give them no stars. I honestly don't know where to start. Besides the fact that they drag their feet to fix even the simplest thing, they break everything in the process. From my vehicle, I got it back with missing clips, huge scratches all over the plastic on the interior, my 3rd row seat belts no longer work and for some reason my side door won't open. So after waiting 3 months for something that sound have been no longer than 3 weeks, I have to still use my money and waste my time to clean up after them.

This was my first experience with this place and they are by far the worst, and I’m not usually one to lose my patience for things like this. My vehicle was struck by an unknown driver on 08/06/2022 in a hit and run incident, where my vehicle was parked in front of my house unoccupied in front of my residence. My insurance company had it towed over to Xtreme Auto Body and Collision two days later on 08/08/2022, I had a ten day timeline for my vehicle to be repaired and it is now 09/13/2022, almost 40 days later and my car is still in their shop and has not been completed. I’ve been calling every single day and receiving text message updates about my vehicle and every single day it’s the same thing saying that they are waiting on parts for my vehicle and stuff like that. But after 40+ days I find that very ridiculous. Fortunately for me I was able to extend out a rental car by my adjuster for 30 days but that has the long expired since September 6, 2022. I am now without a vehicle, still, and having to borrow vehicles from other people with two kids with one that’s in school and here I am struggling to be mobile because of this inconvenience. At no point was I given a timeline in regards to the parts arriving or exactly when they were supposed to come. All the ladies tell me is that the parts are still waiting to arrive, but no information whatsoever has been given to me in regards to when the parts were ordered or anything like that. My vehicle wasn’t completely totaled or anything. but it’s taking almost 40 days plus to repair my vehicle. I really hope I don’t have to come back to this place if something like this ever happens again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place has the worst service my car has been there for 2 months I called to ask about my car and the lady put me on hold for 15 min so I called back multiple times and nothing but a voice mail I will never pick this place to fix my car again ever if you don’t need your car go here but if you do pick somewhere else I’m starting too feel like they stole my car cause I can’t get a proper update on nothingServices: Exhaust

I went to get my driver's side door replaced and they did a phenomenal job. You can't even tell the door was ever damaged. My car was there for 3 weeks, because of a miscommunication with my insurance and not their fault. Overall i strongly recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible service and insurance follow up. Have been waiting for them to go and take photos of my vehicle for nearly a month of BS back and forth with lies from the insurance company (Infinity Insurance) and (Xtreme Auto). No one has done anything about clearing and repairing my vehicle. Time for the report to be sent to the appropriate authorities. Infinity and Xtreme Auto Repair who are in bed with one another. Losing my job for not being able to use my vehicle for work is outright scandalous. This has been going on 3 1/2 weeks (Sept 14th 2021 its now 10/08/2021). Then they claim today 10/8/2021 the don't have the assignment and that their people never said they had the assignment, calling me an outright liar! I have waited for a call for two week for a lie that was not true by Maricela the receptionist who claimed the assignment was there and confirmed it. Taking a message for Shawn to call me back, which he never called back. However he called the other shop to go and see the car, but still never contacted me and the other shop states he never showed up! Then when he was called out on his lie, he then exclaimed to take my car elsewhere. This place is bad news folks truly beware!

These guys have fixed a few vehicles for me, they're always reasonable and fast, and my car looked back to new. I'm kinda mad that my current car got totalled, or else I would have them repairing this one too.

I would pass by this business everyday to work and when I needed my car repaired I decided to stop. I had front work done on my 2014 Camry and I am 100% satisfied. My car looks so good. They even washed and detailed it. John the owner even came out to make sure that I was satisfied. They kept me posted on the work being done on my vehicle through out the process. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a great price and quality work. When I went to pick up my car I didn't see it and then my husband tells me it's right there. It looked that good. I will forever bring my cars to him if I have any collision needs and I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

shaun and the secretary are really nice and friendly but the other manager was really pushy, basically kicked me out of the shop to go get it fixed somewhere eles. because i decided not to get it fixed in that moment i just wanted a estimate because my insurance hasn’t been approved. very bad customer service.
