Mario was a great experience manager. We got a flat tire in our rental car.They didn't have tire in stock but still got tire delivered and had is on the road in 2 hours and replaced a second tire that could have caused us a issue on out trip home. His staff and he were amazing. Friendly fast service. I am a retired mechanic but i could work at this shop. Honest hard working people. 100% recommend for any services you may need. Thank you West Coast Auto.

Needed to patch a slow, very slow, leak on front passenger side. So very extremely disgusted! He patched it on the wall, woke to a tire so flat it's on the rim. Wouldn't refund the $40 but said tow it back and he'd "repatch it". Why would I do that when I should've went to Clovis, had it done correctly for FREE.
I wouldn't suggest to anyone to go in for a tire. If I hadn't been taken for 40 bucks, or refunded my money it would've been fair.
This is just fair warning, just another single woman taken advantage of. I would be ashamed to operate my business as he knew better.

Charged me 120 for an alignment it got done but it pulls to the right called them back because it has 30 day warranty and the dude told me I had to wait and that there is a few ppl in front of me. Which was fine but then proceeded to be rude and told me that there only one tech so asked for a refund and they said no refunds because he did the job. Like come on now the job wasn’t done correctly keep in mind I have all new suspension. Now I’m out 120 and a horrible alignment.

Mario and his team were very helpful and got new rims on really fast. Will definitely be going back now that I know they do more than rims and tires.

I brought my 2020 Honda Accord here to get a camber kit installed and alignment. Great service I'm from out of town and wanted the work done. They were able to give me a ride back to my hotel and when it was ready they came and picked me up from my hotel back to the shop. And they were able to take before and after pictures for me . They were very helpful I give them 9.1 out of 10 rating. It would be a full 10 out of 10 but sadly their printer for the alignment machine is not working and hasn't worked in while the desk guy said so sadly I wasn't able to have a report printed off before and after what I was really hoping for out of this to see how much that camber kit helped. But oh well it part was installed ?

I have nothing but positive feedback from my experience with West Coast Tires.! Mario (manager) was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with us no matter how busy he was, and so far my car is running better than ever! I will be using u guys again.

Took my car in today for a conventional oil change. I had work this morning so the guys here got my car taken care of quickly. Fast, friendly service with an awesome energetic crew and prices are good. Can't ask for anything more. It's also a plus to keep our business local.

This Place is exactly how they said it is. It us run by people who do not know the business. They only care about upcharging you services that are not required. I had already for my full suspension done a month ago. I take it in for a retorque by a new mechanic and he proceeds to tell me my suspension is not some right. How interesting I said if they were the one that did it. After I said that they acted like I did not just say that and continue to charge me for a service that should have been done right the first time. No paperwork or allignement was given to me even after I asked for it. I talked to the "Owner" Idah. She just brushed it off like I did not just spend 5,000 dollars there. The worst part was that they chipped my rim when I had went to pick up the truck and denied it. I took pictures before my truck went in and out. Even after that proof they just blocked me. Save your self some time and go to an actual professional. I regret my whole purchase.....
