They are very disrespectful, I came to open new account , it seems like they don’t even care for new customer. I have been using Chase bank for a long time and was opening a secondary bank account in Madera Branch. Highly not recommend. They even didn’t honored the appointment.

Bad, bad, bad. Lines get crazy long and the lady that stands greeting people.should instead help the other tellers she just stands there greeting people and other tellers just talk to much with other customers instead of focusing getting through the long lines

First off this bank is the worst I have ever dealt with. Always a line with 1 maybe 2 tellers working other staff is walking around having a good time while customers wait upto an hour in line. They took out business service line so when a business owner is in line it takes them sometimes upto 30min with the teller. Thinking very seriously about closing my accounts and go to a credit union at least they value a customers time. Wells Fargo has turned into one of the worst banks by far. Get your act together or lose customers.

Always 20 people in line and only 2 cashier working. Over 10 times already they never have more than 2 cashier. I go there to deposit business checks and money and takes me 45 mins to 1 hr. Banks want people to use app only.

Get here to despoit 2 checks, theres about 20 people in line, not a problem because the atm is open, go to the atm, try to deposit the check, didnt work said I need to go to the person who wrote the check and get a correction the problem. Doesn't tell me what the problem is, so i can't even rectify the problem. This bank suckkkksss bad.

Standing in line with no less than 10 customers waiting to be served by 1 teller. Ironically, the large sign posted on the wall reads: We have one very powerful business rule. It's concentrated in one word: courtesy. I read that and wonder why the employees sitting at their desks not serving customers can't help those of us standing in line. Way to go Wells Fargo!

This branch, the workers are awesome. My problem is when sending money from bank to bank online they labeled it as fraud and blocked my accout. So in reference to Wells Fargo In general this banks online system is absolutely garbage. Worst online banking I have ever dealt with.

Received an email saying they cancelled my appointment for no reason. Didn’t even bother to call me to reschedule. I tried to call them a million times to find out why it was canceled but they don’t pick up the phone.

Came to open an account with my mom. They said their system was down. And asked us to wait outside. I understand their is a pandemic but they asked us to wait outside when their was 20 people inside the bank waiting for a teller. It doesnt make sense. So if you are waiting for a teller its okay to wait inside but if your opening account you have wait outside after waiting outside to come inside.

ATM out of cash again!!!! Every weekend by 10:00 am the ATM's have no cash. Employees are a waste of space as they don't do their jobs ever!

Got in line at 12:01 and was told wells Fargo bank was closed at 12:00. I was then told to leave. Terrible customer service and that right there is making me want to cancel my big accounts and take my business to another bank.
