On July 1st riteaid ran out of my prescription if you stop taking this drug even for one day the withdrawls are terrible. But thanks to wallgreens in madera went ahead and filled my prescriptions I don't know the pharmacist name she was real nice.thankyou so much . Please give this pharmacist a raise!!!!!!! As soon as I walked it was told the system was down and they are only accepting cash, got cash from the ATM and asked if pharmacy was working and was told yes you could pick up prescription. Walk to pharmacy mind you my prescription was ready YESTERDAY and the pharmacy tech says I can’t pick it up due to the system ! I am pregnant high risk and need to take my medication and pharmacy tech says there isn’t a way that i have to go to the other Walgreens. So I drive to the other Walgreens and the pharmacy tech here says she doesn’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to give me my prescription, tries to transfer it over but the system won’t let her and now my only option is to wait or pay out of pocket without insurance!!! This is ridiculous! Never had I had to deal with this before

Just like a lot of other people wrote on their reviews, the pharmacy at this location have terrible customer service. I scheduled for a Covid Booster shot 2 days prior to the appointment, and they confirmed my family members on the same day as I, however, they did not confirm mine when we walked in. We scheduled for 12:20pm and 12:30pm, however, the lady said that we scheduled originally at noon instead. How would we schedule at noon if we scheduled at 12:20/30? The lady then told me I can come back in an hour for walk ins, but I would have to wait a much longer time for that one. Waste of time, and waste of anticipation for the booster shot.

Pharmacy staff is so helpful! Soo thankful they know what they are doing unlike other Pharmacys ....cvs. Anyways I was able to pick up my prescription and be out the door with in 15 minutes.

This is hands-down the swankest Walgreens I've ever seen. Great fresh-made food section and a surprisingly well stocked liquor department with lots of top-shelf choices. Plus you can still buy typical drugstore stuff like a cheap t-shirt at 11:30pm.

If I could leave less the 1 star I would! The girl in the pharmacy was so Rude!! She had a nasty tone! I was helping a physical & mentally handicap person with a purchase & when the receipt didn't print she rudely questioned us about electronic receipts & wouldn't give up the purchase till a receipt was produced acting all put out getting on the phone to manager, trying to get the handicap person to check her bank for proof instead of having the rewards member (me) check email for a receipt. I get she needed to be sure the transaction fully processed but she sure didn't need to be so rude & nasty to us! I even know her name

Today 10/20/19 at 11:30a.m. I went to pick up my pictures that I order online the lady charged me before showing me the pictures. When I checked to see the pictures one of my 8x10 was missing I told one of the employees there, that I was missing a picture she was helping me but she had an attitude that she didn't want to help, then a lady named Raj asks the lady that was helping me what happened and the lady Raj tells me if the picture with an old man and a hat I said "yes" so (Raj) she went were the trash was at , she picked up and gave it to me. None of them said sorry about that nothing I was shocked and disappointed because that picture was my grandpa that had passed away. This Walgreens needs to work on paying attention especially Diego since he is the one who put the pictures together, and they need to work on their costumer service. Seriously. They deserve a 0.

I don't typically use this exact walgreens but I'll definitely be switching to them after my amazing experience. Vanessa and Tiffany Were so sweet, kind and helpful. I've had to deal with Many other pharmacies and this is by for the best one!

Honestly, if I could give a rating of 0 stars I would do it. I've frequented this Walgreens several time and every time I do, I am beyond disappointed by the cashiers customer service. One particular cashier named BETO is extremely rude. He was not willing to help when I went to pick up my online order. He took forever to assist me. He even asked me to open my box containing my items. I kindly asked him to open it for me because I don't carry scissors with me. I was missing some items from my order and he was reluctant to look for them. I will be filing a complaint against him. I am sure I am not the only one he is rude too. I am hoping he gets talked too.
