The girl in pharmacy was very rude to me today, I called to check on a prescription and was put on hold and after a while the phone hung up so I called back when called back I said that I had just called and was hung up on so she ask for my date of birth so after I gave to her she for not to cop an attitude so she was very rude and has no right to speak to a customer that, I guess she was having bad day however it’s not a way to talk to a customer

May be nice people but the pharmacy wait is horrendous! Every time I've picked up for my brother the wait has been over 30 minutes. Crazy!

Was thinking of changing over from right aid because of insurance. Needless to say, I'd rather pay a higher deductible, than put up with such incompetence. Pharmacist told me they haven't received my transfer and she didn't even bother to look.

"I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I had questions about my medication. When I asked for clarification, the pharmacist seemed annoyed and dismissive. To make matters worse, my prescription was not ready on time, and I had to wait over an hour for it to be filled, even though I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Overall, I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, as the poor customer service and long wait times make it an unpleasant and frustrating experience."

Waited to get Covid Booster at the Yosemite location. I took pictures with cell phone of how dirty this place was. I sent them to their home office. Just could not believe how dirty the walls and floors were around the pharmacy.

Won't be going back. This is the closest Walgreens to where I live. I walked in around 9AM, and no customers were in line. The woman that was working greeted me which was nice. However, that same woman saw me standing at the register and walked over while rolling her eyes. She was visibly irritated. I was making a deposit to my cash app card. She acted as if I was a bother to her, like I should have never walked in. Why did she come to work today if she feels like that??? LOL just stay home! If you can't afford to stay home, here's a thought. Maybe get a job that you enjoy going to so it's not so dreadful??? My god.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy cashier was the most condescending, inconsiderate person I have ever come across. She was talking down on the elderly man in front of me because he couldn't afford his medication. She said his thousand dollar eye drops were to expensive for them (even though it's probably worse for him??) She also thinks it's professional to yell out what your prescription is multiple times instead of addressing your prescription by last name like most pharmacies do! Please go somewhere else and do not waste your time here- they do not seem to care one bit.

Nope. Just...nope. They tell you a prescription will be ready the next day. You go back, and they tell you not until Friday. They do not stock common medications. They move very slowwwwly. They make you shout out which medications you need refilled in a volume that announces your information to the entire store. Zero privacy!!! They mispronounce several drugs to the point that what they are saying is unintelligible. They ask for your insurance card and then ask, is this YOUR card? I'm speechless... all I can do is look at them, look at the card, look at the wallet where I pulled the card from, and just wonder.Save Mart Pharmacy closed down and transferred our records here. I'm not sure why? This is the lowest-rated, most incompetent pharmacy in Madera. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I just don't have the time or energy to visit a pharmacy every day asking for basic medications.
