They are always super helpful in getting my son’s medication filled in a timely matter and will often go out of their way to meet our additional needs. They are very busy but the staff is still always friendly and willing to help.

I wouldn't even give a star if I could rate a 0! The worst service I've ever experienced. I can't believe this service is allowed especially being located at a children's hospital!!

They don’t answer their phones? and when you do eventually get to someone *cough* *cough* STEVEN, they put you on hold for 45+ minutes. They never have more than one person working the register (if you’ve seen two, you were blessed that day I stg) so be prepared for a wait, I personally have to bring snacks for my son to keep him somewhat content during the wait. If you have the option to get your prescription at another pharmacy I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Worst service ever. Been going there for 3 years since my son's medicine was hard to find at other pharmacy. The ladies are so rude and they take long to give you the medication. They seem to switch staff like crazy. Awful management awful employees

I didn’t really have any negative experiences with this Walgreens until recently.Their phone system is straight GARBAGE. All Walgreens phone systems suck, but this one is the worst. So far in ten minutes I’m on my ninth call trying to get through because lately it sends you straight to voicemail. I’m sure by the time I’m done writing this I’ll have had to call at least five more times.A couple months ago I had a prescription refilled for my daughter that I can only get at this Walgreens because it has to be made and shipped to us. We live an hour away. I always get a text when the prescription is filled and about to be shipped. I didn’t get a text that day. So I call, and I’m told that one of the techs forgot to set up shipping for the prescription. I had to race to the pharmacy from an hour away to get there before they closed.Now today I noticed I didn’t get a text again for the same medication refill. I look on the app, and someone cancelled it.These are medications necessary for my daughter to LIVE!!!! I’m getting so beyond frustrated with this place!!!Someone needs to fix the phone system and the service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one answers the phone got told I could park in pick up spot and call to have them being my son's meds out and no one answered the phone, had to take him out in the rain to get them.

**DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!.**If prescriptions are important for your health. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with them by phone. When they do finally answer, they immediately put you on hold. The service is exactly as the reviews say.

Worse pharmacy ever. Please avoid & go elsewhere. My son was getting discharged after surgery & told meds will be ready for pick up in 1 hr. After 1 hr, we were told by the pharmacy that it'll be another hr. After another hour, we were told it'll be an additional 20 more minutes. We have been at Valley Children's since 8:30am & my son has been fasting since midnight for surgery. He was hungry & in pain & still recovering. Cold & miserable in the car while waiting for his pain meds. This pharmacy is the worst & gives Valley Children's a bad reputation!

not sure why this Walgreen is not answer their phone. soon this will be on the new media if I decide when to post it. It is a bad customer service, under staff or other problem are excuse. If it is too much to the owner then, might have to either leave or customer will find other pharmacist in other places.

They will not pick up the phone. Or they will pick up, say 1 caller ahead of you, put you on hold then disconnect 10 minutes later. Consistently. Over and over. On a regular basis. The most frustrating experience.

Pharmacist are slow, unprofessional, & always new staff…. My son is a heart patient & has been out of 2 different medications for a week now & they keep saying there waiting on CCS to respond. He couldn’t breathe last night well his eyes are swollen, etc… I smell big lawsuit!!!

Worst pharmacy! They can't fill the simplest medications in a reasonable amount of time. They are so slow. I would recommend any place then this. No stars. Time to make some changes
