Right when we walked in the store someone immediately asked what we need. He was so nice and he helped us with what we needed. The store was very nice and clean. You could even feel the phones and the phones were so nice.

The worst experience EVER! I went to Verizon to switch to them but that day they were having some issues and after about 5 hours they told me everything is fine and my phone provider has switched the Verizon. However, that was not the case and my old phone was still active. When I went back even though they remembered me and how their system was having issue that day they refused to accept that my Verizon account never got activated and sent me to my old provider but they couldn't do anything since it was Verizons fault and they kept saying my account is active (it was not). After 3 weeks and no luck I go to cancel my service since they refused to activate my account even though I was paying for it but they "accidently" activated my account even though I asked them to cancel my service and they had already told me my account is active which was not. Now I am stuck with them for at least 90 days since I bought my phone from them and can't switch to a new provider for at least 90 days. They only care about their commissions and as soon as you sign the contract they refuse to even talk to you and I had to go back multiple times and ask them to activate my account but they refused to do it and only activated my account when I asked them to cancel it and realizes that my account was never activated.

Mo helped me out when I payed my bill and I ended up walking out with a new phone his customer service is extremely excellent and answered all my questions I was not even thinking of getting a new phone but was impressed by his knowledge and I would definitely recommend to go to this location

In January 2023, these SOBs sold my 89 year old aunt a phone she could not have learned to use in a million years. It was a 2021 Motorola Edge 5G UW 256GB, which has a street price of $200-250; they charged her $635 for it. She left the store thinking she had spent $138.98 (the tax, activation fee and overpriced case), when she had actually signed up for another $635.00 of installment payments. When family intervened and got her a simple phone she could actually understand and use, they refused to take it back as it had been 36 days since the purchase. They actually tried to convince her to keep the phone and line so she could "use it to learn." I want to hit these clowns in the head with a large flounder. What these people did is both elder abuse and outright theft. Don't support either.

Came in for my samsung note, 64ggs memory, and David "tryed" to help.. for some reason memory of my 64ggs started show full, and was trying to find where are those heavy files I need to delete- I wasnt able to locate, and David says it's because the phone is old and system takes 50GIGS!!! I NEED TO UPGRADE PHONE!!!! NOW I IMAGINE HOW THEY PUSH AND LYING ELDERS, WHO DONT UNDERSTAND IN THE PHONES TO GET NEW PHONES EVERY YEAR. ..I CAME HOME AND FOUND OUT..MY TELEGRAM EAT 26GIGS...JUST CLEARED AND THATS IT...
