Alex was great! Explained to me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions! I took my parents since they know a little more and he was communicating with them as well!! Alex is amazing 10/10 would be recommending this location. He helped me through the whole process, got me exactly what I wanted not what they wanted to sell me which means a lot ! Thank you!!!

The staff I chatted with here were very kind. I appreciated their responsiveness and helpfulness. Unfortunately in this wild market, my purchase went elsewhere only because that dealership found my car first. Definitely keep the Madera Toyota on your radar if you're looking for a Toyota!

Went to have my oil changed then have to go back because they had oil On the oil filter housing and skip plate service advisor said that they just did not clean it up correctly when they did the oil change can't people just do things right the 1st time?

Apps tell you car is ready, but the staff don't know what the app is doing. I started with one star. I added another because they were getting better. They have the potential to be great because they have the other little things like protecting your car. Communication is where they need work.

That lie I went in for a Diagnostics stop the Diagnostics and told me that the car was ruined and no good and I needed to buy a new one I went and had it checked by a legitimate place called Les Schwab they finished the Diagnostics and the car is not ruined so they lied

Purchased a brand new vehicle from here. I was told the vehicle would arrive gave me a date when to expect it. I didn't get it when promised so I asked if I could get a rental and they said it wasn't in the contract which I understand. I need a car to get to work now I'm careless till then. If they would have told me the correct date I would have probably went to a different dealer and got it there. Don't bother look for a different place to buy.

Been thinking about doing this all day from my drive back to the bay. Real talk the two star is for Alex being a cool and straight forward salesmen. Drove 2hrs here for a car I have been looking and they got a good price for it. Didn't want to drive here because it was two hrs away from me. I tired getting a ball park quote online from pics and vin on my trade in but they keep saying we have to see it person and it will be KBB value. Well I came here wasted my time and they low ball me under KBB and even didn't come up. What a big waste of time and this is why I should had trusted my gut and never came here. Don't say I am going to get KBB value and give me an under value price. I get it you want to make a big check from my car but next time you going to do this don't waste my time and just tell the truth yeah we not going to do KBB value. So I dont waste my time coming down here.

I've been looking for a new 4runner trd pro for a while now. My wife stumbled upon one online and contacted the dealership. One of the salesman, Alex replied within minutes and we talked about getting it. I'm from out of town and on a strict work schedule and couldn't come in the finalize the deal. The next day another customer came in and asked them about buying the car. They told him he would be next in line after me. I really appreciate them holding the car for me as I was really interested in buying the car. Alex was able to drive up to Lodi the next day with the paperwork for me to finalize the sale. Needless to say everything went smooth like butter. Thank you Alex for the holding the car and a smooth transaction. He even picked me and my family up from the Amtrak station the day I picked up the car.
