I had an issue with my car and needed a tow late at night. I called Supreme Towing and they were at my place within 30 minutes. From the initial call, to the drive to the dealership, I had a great experience. Very friendly and courteous. I will definitely use Supreme Towing if in need again in the future.

I used my roadside assistance to have them tow it from my house to the mechanic and they refused to leave it at the mechanic and stole my truck illegally taking it to there tow yard. Then charged me for additional fees and additional tow when I gave them a point A to Point B and they took it to point C there tow yard to charge me for storage fees and another tow. So they refused to tow it back to the mechanic so I had to hire another tow truck and they would not release my truck until we paid the fees that they should have billed to roadside and I believe they were double paid by roadside and me and I got stuck with fees when they should have just towed it to the initial address I told them. Worst business ever!!!!

Hands down the best tow company I have ever dealt with. The staff was not only professional over the phone but were genuinely concerned, good people. My truck was stuck in the mud in a remote area and I could get no one to respond due to it being dark and no one wanted to risk their own vehicles. I was told by other tow companies that I had to spend the night in my truck until daybreak. Simon from Supreme towing said, "I'm not leaving you out there, even if I can't get your truck out, I'm coming for you." Simon showed up despite the rainy conditions and picked me up. We got stuck twice on the way out until finally making it to a paved road. We were high fiving, laughing, joking and relieved. We truly had to work as a team to get out of there. Not for one moment did Simon ever get frustrated or discouraged. Men and services of this sort are rare in this world. I gladly give this company a 5 star rating. At the end of the day, they displayed selfless acts of kindness and truly demonstrate that it's about the people they serve. Most businesses forget the human factor; Supreme Towing is not most businesses...

Honestly best tow service I've encountered. I got stuck on the freeway around 2am and they came so fast and were super easy to deal with. Everything went so smoothly will always recommend for towing !Service: Car towing
