These people sold my moms storage unit “by mistake” and that they found an old paper stating she was behind a payment then found a paper stating she wasn’t. They sold her unit on the 11th of this month and claim they been sending out letters. Why wouldn’t they call you? They called the month before stating there was going to be an increase with the unit. She’s been on top of her payments. This place is complete fraud.

I hade a storage with them and I end up getting my stuff stolen and they told me they couldn't do anything about cuz they didn't have cameras on my side of the storage unit
