Save Mart use to be my to go to store.But not anymore can't even walk in everything is so cluttered. Prices are so jacked up high you even have to have their app. to get the (deal)s.. I don't know about you but I don't want to be on my phone when grocery shopping .I want in and out.
Customer service is the worst. Must have been some corporate who thought they were doing something good !!

The employees are very nice , but this new worker started working at save mart, He is an alderman with a beard
He was being very rude when I was 4 or 5 cents short on the item I was buying, he said and a annoyed and rude tone JUST GIVE ME WHAT EVER YOU HAVE , it was my last time I will be at the store

Our boss planned a luncheon for our office and Savemart sold our food. Not sure why and how they messed that up, but it's ridiculous. Our lunch got cut short and they didn't have anything that we planned on having. Good was still good. Next time, we hope they get it right.

I ordered a cake on Sat at noon. When I called to retrieve it, I was told there was no order. The clerk offered to make a new one ...I was told it would be ready in 30 min. The cake was not what I requested( cream cheese filling) instead it was frosting. The name Juan was on the cake instead of Warren. Save Mart is the only place a buy birthday cakes, this I NOT the usual service I get at Save Mart. I wouldn't even make a complaint, but too many errors on this order, and I was charged full price.

This store is a trap for older ppl. The products are getting smaller and packaging inferior and deceiving all while prices are 30-80 higher than neighboring stores. Very clean though and friendly. Went for sandwich stuff and honey. Spent 170 and ended up with agave sweetener juice instead of honey because the deceptive packaging and labling. Also my favorite marinade is always on the shelf with all the safety seals broken and leaking. "Chakas" mmm sauce. This store is loosing any good excuse for its higher pricing. Peace out

The customer service here USED to be impeccable. The staff is horrible and rude! A few days ago I was trying to buy from the meat department and the worker had his back turned and did not care to check for customers. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to call out to him twice and he was upset as if I were an inconvenience for him.I was over that incident until I went back today and yet another rude employee. I was informing the cashier about the expired items on the shelf and he at first dismissed me and walked away I stood there not sure what had just happened and he came back asking what I wanted. I repeated i was just telling him about the expired items on the shelf and he replied "yeah I got that, what do you want a refund or what?" I said no I was just letting him know so no one else bought the item.I've been shopping here almost 6 years and have never had these encounters, but it's enough for me to not ever go back no matter how close it is.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who goes to the grocery store in need of a few, to possibly a half dozen items. On such occasions I have no need for a shopping cart, but rather a simple hand carried basket will suffice. However, that's not possible at Savemart, as they have no such baskets. That was not always the case, but they've rationalized that since baskets kept disappearing, management decided to stop furnishing them. Savemart is the only major grocery chain that I've been to that doesn't provide that simple, yet extremely convenient item. It seems to me that they could stack those items in such a way that they're visible to employees, & cashier personnel could simply ensure that they're being left behind at checkout.

Please come here late night for ice cream and the staff are always so friendly and I’m never disappointed in this location. It’s very clean very well organized.
