I’ve been at this storage for 3 years total. And I have always loved then... never had any problems.. no bugs or any moisture damage. Things have been good so far! And I thank them for always being so nice!

I love storing my stuff and RV at Madera Secure storage. Always received great customer service. The only problem was my cataliytic converter was stolen from my RV while stored there. But I guess that could have happened anywhere. I recommend using Madera Secure Storage to anyone.

The front office staff goes above and beyond in providing help. She stepped in when someone was trying to steal our trailer and prevented its theft. She has called when the tarp on our trailer came off in a wind storm. She has let us borrow a ladder when we needed it. Awesome service!
