I purchases a mattress and dinnette set from Ramos furniture in Madera.They delivered it on Thursday me . But to find out my mattress had bed bugs . I called the store they refused to help me. Out of a lot of money. DOYOURRESEARCH. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will not help you they will give you every excuse to avoid the issue.

Outstanding customer service from the get go, they where able to find what I want a price that was at my budget. They have great selection of sofas and beds to choose from all clean and presentable.

Our couch broke after a few months and our table chairs were not fully assembled when they where delivered.

My husband and I stopped by this weekend to look at some sectionals, we were unsure of what we really wanted. Luckly with the help of the two ladies in the store Delfina and Norma all their suggestions and product information helped us realize what we really needed and wanted. We purchased a really comfortable sectional and very affordable! We are very happy with our choice and with the service we were provided with. We will definitely be back to purchase our bedroom and dinning set!

We had ice cream 2 doors down and decided to go window shopping, and came out with a Beautiful Dinning table and a serving buffet table. The Sales person Delfina was awesome, she was very friendly & very nice! Not to mention the good prices and good deals. If you are looking for furniture for your new home or wanna upgrade go and see Delfina she will make it happen.

We went to go buy our teens beds, got an amazing deal. We were treated so nicely the furniture is such great quality, great prices too. My sons bed needed a box spring which we forgot to buy. The next day we got a call from Ramos Furniture letting us know we didn't buy the box spring but that it was ok, they will give it to us for free. Which they did the next day. We were so grateful, this will be our furniture next time we buy furniture not for the free box spring which we were grateful for, but for the attention, quality and costumer service.

Purchased a bed frame last month for my son he did not like it today I was able to go there wanting to return it I disabled it put it in the box brought to the store the employee first said that I couldn't return it because it was 30 days over one day over she called someone who was in charge she said the same thing but she would call me if she talked to them again she didn't this afternoon I called she answered I explained who I was she told me that in the contract it said 72 return policy or order pickup I purchased the mattress in the store she said that she would call the manager again and she'd call me back I called her now she said that they said that they couldn't take it back do to covid I asked is there any paper in the store or on the door about that policy she said no to me it's very bad customer service that is why I gave it a low rating and I will not be in there anymore I've worked in retail and customer is always right

I WISH i could give this store negative stars. What a horrible place, in the whole experience they treated us like crap. First we walked in, looked around for a new bed and one of the workers (who may I add, looked like she dreaded being there) came up to us and asked what type of bed we were looking for, after we explained she took us to a really pretty bed that had a decent price. We decided to go with it in the end and they told us it would be 2-8 weeks wait. We said okay, and paid the whole bed in full. 6 weeks pass by and no call, no email, nothing has arrived, so I decided to call them and ask for an update. The woman who answered is the same woman who attended us when we first arrived, So I asked when it will arrive and she said "umm let me check, I will call you back in 30 minutes." Hours go by and she hasn't called back, so I call again and she says theres been a delay but it will still arrive on time. Then the full 8 weeks pass and I call again to ask if its nearly here and once again, she says she'll call me back. She doesn't after hours, and I call her and she gives me a very vague answer. So after another 5 days of waiting we go to the store to get a straight answer, and the front lady says due to the delay theres gonna be another 3 week wait for the bed. At this point we were fed up with their shitty customer service and all the waiting after paying in full, so we demand a refund. The lady then calls her boss telling them she has customers here who want a refund - to which the boss responds "Okay? Give them it" AWFUL PLACE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE, THEYLL ONLY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP.

I bought bedroom set for $3800 from Ramos madera, sep 2020 they delivered wrong n scratch product, i called numerous time to get it fixed, they always say u will get replacement in 30 days now its almost 1 year still nothing they keep on making excusesWorst experience everIts not only me, i cane across lot of they said the have same issues with this storeNow there are lot more reviews coming probabaly 100 more

Thanks to Ramos Furniture, the best service that Alfonso has given me, helped me furnish my whole house with the best prices, an excellent service and of course I will recommend them. Madera has a good service.

Poor customer service. Very disappointed that no one helped out while reps were talking away on phone! Picked and choosed on our own and when had questions about products in store didn't have an answer but would have to get back to us. More than 3 weeks ago and still waiting. Will not go again or recommend it. Sad that Madera has a furniture store with very poor customer service and Alonso no help whatsoever!
