My decision to bank with this institution turned out to be a major mistake. When I first opened my account, I stressed the importance of having a bank that would back me up in the event of fraudulent charges, and I prioritized security. Unfortunately, I had a distressing encounter almost two years later that shattered those expectations.An unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card recently as a result of a hacked Cash App account. I immediately locked my card and reported the fraudulent charge. Believing that my bank would step in to assist. To my dismay, they denied my claim and redirected responsibility to me, stating that I have to deal with Cash App even though I Iet them know they are of no help. To say the least, it was a frustrating and disheartening experience and now, I am stuck with the burden of the debt. To add insult to injury, I had there ignorant reps try and have me say I have no protection. When the law says otherwise. The Fair Credit Billing Act protects cardholders against liability for fraudulent charges.One of the primary reasons for using a credit card is to have protection (FCBA) in place for situations like these, and it's very disappointing that this credit union failed to do so. I advise anyone who is considering opening an account or getting a credit card from this institution to look into other options. They might as well call there credit cards, "debit cards" as they have no protection in place. The hard pull when I first open the card was for nothing.Despite their slogan, "Where you're worth more," these neanderthal do not appear to have your best interests at heart.Beware, they would not have your back, I even had some of their hostile reps from their fraud department try to gaslight me into saying it was me when I would call, and follow up. I will be definitely be reporting them to the NCUA, BBB, local council person, etc.I will be waiting for these crooks response to this, and see what kind of excuse they can muster to shift the blame like they did with my claim. Anyways, you have been warned.

I love this bank! Every time I need assistance via phone or walk in they treat me very respectable. I appreciate that they don't make you wait in line rather, they are very attentive to their customers and immediately acknowledge thier presense with professional customer services.

The line is usually short. The tellers are very helpful. Clean inside. They have a security guard at the door.

This bank is garbage. I just signed up and already ready to close my account. Bank app doesn't function properly, bank deposits take forever to post. Using Zelle takes forever for payment to reach the payee. I moved money from my paycheck paycard as they tried to say I was commiting fraud laughing it off. Oh wait banks don't do that only Noble does.

Yeah, never again will I come back to this bank. Same clerk with the same attitude I will not let her ever make me feel like I’m not a appreciative member here. Her name Sandra . She seriously can’t get a grip of herself.

I had a great experience going to Noble. Banked there once before and decided to go back. They treated me with utmost respect. I made a good decision on going back to my banking with Noble.. keep up the great work on keeping your customers happy Noble staff!

Never had an issue with noble before. Overall good experience. Came in to make a payment the day after Thanksgiving for my truck loan after settling an issue with my main bank only to find they wouldn't be open until Monday. Was a little disappointed. This was a very important thing that needed to be taken care of right away. I think noble and it's customers might benefit it the hours were changed somewhat.

I could not log into my noble account so therefore i could not use my zelle account Salina Xiong was so patient and helpful with an old dinosaur like me and actually taught as she helped me. I also learned how to pay my noble visa payment while she helped me.

The teller was too lazy to let me key in my pin for a mere deposit; instead she wanted me to produce my ID (which happens to be in my car because I didn't intend to stay long here) and come back to finish my transaction as though this is the only bank in town that she had to play diva.
