Joyce is very rude and unprofessional. Definitely a racist. I picked this place since it was closer to where I was moving. I should have stuck with safeguard since I've never had an issue and they've always been nice and accommodating. I tried to return the truck on Sunday. I was just going to park it there and do the paperwork in the morning. She came out screaming and hollering saying I couldn't do that and I needed to take it home and couldn't park THEIR truck on THEIR property in a parking stall. When we returned it today, she was hollering about how filthy it was even though we swept AND blew it out with an electric blower. She's a very hard person to deal with. I will definitely recommend Safeguard to all my renters who need a truck.
