Bunch of people that don’t know how to do their job in a professional matter. Don’t recommend going to this Toyota. Very quick to call the right phone numbers when it’s time to sign papers and sell cars. But never received a call to pick up my car when it had just need sitting there in their lot. I called for a whole week as well as my brother and kept leaving us in the dark as well as giving us the wrong date of when it would be ready. Tried telling us they called but it was a “wrong” number that we gave them? Okay then they should’ve tried calling the numbers that we gave when we had first created an account with them the first day we put a deposit down. Also I had called to speak to a manager and was told I’d get a call back in the next two days which I never did. Even the manager had my number wrong? Don’t think so. After neither of us getting a call back we showed up in person. The employees were so unprofessional. After seeing us clearly upset everyone sarcastically said “hey!!! Your cars ready yay” and started clapping like they knew I’ve been trying to get information on it and finally showed up. As I was trying to explain the issue the salesman that sold me the car just kept interrupting me and saying “okay your cars here were already pulling it up” didn’t even apologize or care. Guess I’m not the only one with this problem since their other reviews say such similar things. They need to learn to communicate with their customers. It’s not all about just selling cars. Do your job right and people will wanna come back. Made buying my first new car experience bad. As I was waiting for my car being pulled in I saw a salesman roll his eyes behind some customers looking at cars. Guess they’re all like that there. I’ve never left a review anywhere but that was just ridiculous. Hope you guys learn from reviews and don’t brush it off because you guys look like clowns thinking it’s funny for customers to be upset.

Madera Toyota is a great place to go purchase your vehicle they are very mindful and will help you get the best price. Meng was very helpful in helping me secure a great deal if there’s anyone you want as your sales rep it’s him.

It was in the early evening of Monday, August 12, 2024 that we decided to buy a Camry from Madera Toyota Dealer. The salesperson named Alex was very rude at first. He was not fully attending to our questions. He ignored us and showed us the attitude that we didn’t have to buy the car. He even said that, if we didn’t want it, he wouldn’t mind taking the risk of letting the car sit on the lot. He changed his tone and was more attentive after knowing that we could easily afford the car.
However, while we were doing the paperwork for the Camry inside the smaller sales’ office, I saw three guys with a different salesperson getting into the Camry that we were buying. I went outside and told them that we had already decided to buy this Camry and were doing the paperwork inside; therefore, I didn’t want them to test drive it. Then the salesperson and the three men got out of the car and went to the other bigger sales office for a couple of minutes and went back out to the Camry and test-drove it anyway. I believe he went inside to talk to the sales manager in the other sales office.
I was very unhappy and asked our salesperson to see a sales manager. Tyler Duffin, one of the sales managers from the bigger sales office, came to see me. He was even ruder and talked to me in a very commanding manner that other customers had all the rights to test drive the car even though we were doing the paperwork to buy the car at the moment. He told me that, if he had another Camry in the dealer, then he would not have used the one we bought for them to test drive. Literally, he was saying that he could use my car for business dealing as long as it was still within the Madera Toyota Dealer limit. He showed the same “who cares” attitude as the salesperson that I didn’t have to buy the car because someone else would buy it soon. He continued to reiterate that, as long as the car was still in Madera Toyota Dealer, he had all the rights to have other customers to test drive it.
Tyler Duffin was so rude and disrespectful to us. His childish “who cares” attitude of “You don’t have to buy it” was intolerable. My wife and I would have left immediately if that Camry was not meant for my daughter who has been searching to buy a car for quite some time. I understand that it is a seller’s market for Camry, but these two salespeople didn’t need to be that rude and disrespectful to us. I believe they have chased many other customers away with their harsh demeanor.
I can say without any hesitation that it was our first and last time there in the Madera Toyota dealer. Today I am still in disbelief that there were such despicable salespeople like them in the sales business. We have never been treated that badly anywhere else ever.

The numbers didn’t add up so I didn’t actually make a purchase but I did want to give a shout out to Meng and Tyler for trying to work with me. They were both very professional and to the point, no back and forth or beating around the bush. Ask for Meng. He’ll take care of you.

Experience was good until we started talking numbers. They would not budge from the asking price Msrp that was on the vehicle. I offered 2k over Msrp out the door with fees, taxes, licensing included. They refused to negotiate even a single dollar. Was told I was asking them to lose money on the deal. I had told them to meet me halfway and they stuck to the price and didn't budge. I took my business elsewhere and had a way better experience. Will never set foot in this dealership again. We had a trade in, they offered an amount I was not conformable with. Then they decided to remove the offer for the trade in all together. And to top it off, my wife was the one purchasing the vehicle but they kept talking to only me and excluding her from the conversation. Pretty much wasted people's time. So, unless your prepared to pay these people everything they ask for, I would suggest to go somewhere else.

I Just bought a 2017 Ford F-150 from Madera Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market. The entire staff was very friendly. Ask for Enrique he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions and concerns. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I'm from Fresno and spoke with Alex over the phone about a used Honda HRV. I tried to negotiate the price before making the trip. Based on Kelley Blue Book values, I expected a fair deal. Alex urged me to come in. After test-driving the car, I spoke with Jr. and pointed out that their asking price was much higher than Kelley Blue Book's excellent condition value. When I asked if they could meet me halfway, Jr. rudely responded, "I'm not even going to take this to talk to my GM; we're thousands of dollars off."
During my time at the dealership, I witnessed firsthand how they take advantage of both the Spanish-speaking community and local residents of the Valley—I'm bilingual and could see it clearly. This behavior is unacceptable. I plan to report them to consumer affairs because it's dishonest for them to disregard Kelley Blue Book's fair pricing guidelines. They clearly need a reality check, and perhaps consumer affairs can provide that. It was an awful experience and would not recommend anyone to go here unless they plan to change big-time.

I was there looking to lease a BZ4X that Toyota currently offering @$209/month for 3 years. It was supposed to be qualify for $16,250 TFS lease cash ( I was told by other dealers that all are quality for rebate on new BZ4X. After running some number crunching they came back with a lease price was over $630/Month (I was too pissed off to remember the exact number, but it was well over $600). How? How? How? Small town big price..what a waste of my time and their..

Shady dealer with jacked up prices and "Dealer installed addons."
Dont fall for their mandatory installation of Lowjack or stupid ceramic coating...
Bad customer service and finance staff will not answer or will take forever when ever having to call back...
Worst new vehicle purchase experience ever..
To respond to your comment: I have the sticker price with the "market adjustment" increase to the price...
Also, when I purchased the car (still in transit from the factory), I requested no dealer installed addons anything. When the car finally arrived, I was told the price would be the same regardless if I had installed or not the Lowjack and stupid Cilajet Ceramic...

Staff was condescending and dismissive of my requests; overall, this dealership prioritizes local customers and does not provide an equal buying opportunity for customers that live in another city, as was my case.
The dealership's response to honest feedback about my experience with their members' customer service is appalling and goes to show prior remarks.
