Service was excellent. Not only did they complete my oil change and but they also informed me of an oil leak from my oil pan and about my 2 tires they recommend for replacement. I didn't feel pressured or shamed into buy anything. I will be going back. Thank you.

Excellent service. We had a tire issue while driving south on hwy 99, and Chase located a tire and installed it while we waited. Chase was very responsive and courteous.

I’d give 10 stars if possible.
This group of individuals are honestly great.
Each time I’ve gone in for oil changes, a new set of tires, etc.. they’ve always taken great care of me.
Amazing customer service ALWAYS.

I’ve been so disappointed with the service! Paid over $1,000. For tires, and like an idiot bought the life time alignment! With an appointment, first one of the day still takes over 3 hours for tire rotation and just check my alignment! I live out of town so have to wait for my car!!! I miss the old Winston tires where they cared about their customers!!! Madera does Not!!!

Took my car in thinking it was going to be a few days there Chase had it done before closing Emily made it possible to pick up after hours great team and customer service got my old car feeling new again with my a/c now working :) will definitely be back and highly recommended place for your automotive needs.
