Been going here for 4 years because it looks the most reputable. Theyve sent me home with engine lights on saying it will go away, tire lights saying give it 50 miles and car parts left uninstalled after inspections and having to put my own cabbin air filter back together after service. If this place is scamming you over its on purpose. The only saving grace is the poor service staff. Real nice at the counter but no values and shotty work. 0 out of 10. Update. After finding out i wasnt doing the work there they stopped service and left me waiting hours for my car after paying the $835 diagnosis. Steve the service manager is spiteful. Good luck to all who go here. If you got the dough to drop and dont care about your maintenace actually getting done correctly this is the place to go.

Eddie at the team at Madera Chevrolet provided the smoothest internet purchase experience yet. Eddie had all of the paper work ready for me to sign. I was in and out in less than an hour and got an excellent deal on my Chevy Bolt EV. Thanks!

Our dealership experience was great from the beginning. Dely greeted us with great enthusiasm and was very happy to help us find the right car for our family. She went above and beyond explaining all the things that the car came with and what we needed in order to buy the car we wanted. Not only that but she treated us like family and she interacted with my 3 little girls. She started all of the paper work for us and since it was getting late we had to return the following day to see if we qualified for the car we wanted. The next day Angelica helped with with the rest of the paper work. Angelica has helped me buy 3 cars from madera auto center and every time I return she greets me with great enthusiasm and is always happy to see my family. I would like to thank Dely and Angelica for helping us buy our perfect family car. Angelica and Dely gave us excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. In the future when I decide to buy another car I will make sure to ask for one of them. It was truly a pleasure working with them. Our family loves our new car! Not good at all first time being there and yesterday it was really bad. I was charged a little over $100 for something that was needed to be done to my 2021 Silverado under guarantee won’t go back there for sure

There were a lot of reasons for why I didn't purchase a car from your dealership and probably will never buy from Madera Chevy Auto Center.1. Market Adjustment Fee - 2,000 extra on top of MSRP is shady business, and that's something that I will remember for a while. Other dealers DON'T do MARKUPS.2. Dealer Aftermarket Fees - 2,000 dollars extra ON TOP of the MARK UP is what drew me over the line, again other dealerships wave this cost. Those ARE the dealerships I'm going to be signing with all of my car purchases.3. Felt disrespected that I only got to talk to a sales person, and NOT the finance manager, and used a waiting game tactic to pressure me to sign. There were plenty of people walking around, listening to our deal and nobody joined in to work with me on the final purchase price.4. Felt disrespected, that i got a call back, informing me the car got sold. That's information I DIDN'T NEED since the problem wasn't the car it WAS the Dealership and its greedy practices.Thank you for reaching out and asking for my opinion and hope this gives you insight on why I did not sign.

I recently visited the Madera Auto Center Car Service Department, and I must say, my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Firstly, the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait for an extended period before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The lack of communication and efficiency was evident throughout my entire visit.Furthermore, the quality of their work was subpar. I brought my SUV in for a routine maintenance service, and not only did they fail to complete the service on time, but they also overlooked some critical issues that I specifically mentioned. It felt as if they were more interested in rushing through the job than ensuring the work was done properly.The service advisors were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. When I inquired about the delays and the missed issues, they simply brushed me off and offered no solutions or apologies. It was clear that they didn't value their customers or take pride in their work.To make matters worse, their pricing was exorbitant for the level of service provided. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, with hidden fees and unnecessary upselling attempts at every turn. It was a blatant disregard for transparency and fair pricing. They were charging me $460 to replace a $180 battery!!!Overall, my experience at the Madera Auto Center Car Service Department was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, dismal customer service, and inflated prices make it impossible for me to recommend their services. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable and customer-centric service department elsewhere.

The service was not the best. I have had issues with getting the problem on my vehicle resolved and they kept charging me a fee every time i took it in just for them to say they can’t find anything wrong. Finally the transmission goes out and they can finally replace it. But there was no communication between myself and the service tech or manager. Even though I tried to reach out multiple times I was always told I’d get a call back and never received a call. When I finally showed up and told them I needed a rental car they rushed to get the truck serviced just to avoid lending a rental vehicle. Received the truck .. everything was reset and they did not take the time to set the correct time on the screen or even a courtesy wash on the truck. Overall service was A 0 out of 10

In January 2023 I came to Madera Chevrolet and was greeted by salesman Micheal Manzo. We sat down and built and ordered a 2024 Chevy high county dually. He went above and beyond keeping me In the loop every step of the way during this process until the final product was delivered. Mike and his boss Rob Pearson made the whole buying experience enjoyable and stress free and they are pleasant friendly guys to wrk with. I live in the Bay Area and i didn’t mind making the trip to Madera Chevrolet and buying a vehicle I highly recommend Madera ChevroletThe customer service was awesome

Beware if you purchase or service your vehicle here. I purchased and serviced my vehicle here for some years, but the new staff are inconsiderate and mean. I left my vehicle a little before 12:20 p.m. for an oil change. They said it’d be 1.5 hours. I called at 2:30 pm and was sent to the “advisor” voicemail. I called again at 4:00 pm and was again sent to the “advisor” voicemail. I called back and explained that I needed my vehicle and the “advisor” wasn’t answering. They placed me on hold to get in contact with the “advisor”, but the call dropped after a few minutes. I called again and they didn’t answer. I went in and asked for my car back. A lady that appeared to be a manager rolled her eyes and asked if they could give me a future discount. I refused and asked for my car back. I don’t trust them. Why keep my vehicle for almost 4 hours and no oil change? I hope they didn’t mess with anything to force me to buy another vehicle because they’ve been calling me asking me to trade it in. They ruined my day :’(

I've done business with this dealership for 20 years now and have bought at least 6 cars through you and I have to say the experience I went through this time has made me rethink going forward giving my business to you. The 2 major things lacking with your service is communication and sticking to your word. The advisors job is to work with customers and keep them updated. When your advisor Michelle does neither then I don't know why she is getting paid for that job. We never received calls for updates even when the job was going to go past the time we were told. We had to constantly call ourselves. The only person that reached out was Christian who was helpful but shouldnt have had to step in for Michelle. Also because of the delays and lack of communication we lost out on work which means money. If your service department continues to run like this with staff like Michelle it will no doubt impact business as the reviews online aren't favorable in recent history. I hope with my comments you get that your customer service needs huge help.

Devin was fantastic! We already knew what we wanted but he provided a great price and benefits for purchasing through MAC. The finance member Lupe was also great.Only feedback is when we first arrived at 10a we waited awhile for a sell’s person to arrive. Only office staff was in.

The service my husband and I received at Madera Auto Center was amazing! We are so happy we decided to come to MAC for the purchase of our new Chevy Tahoe. Angelica was attentive to our wants and needs, helpful in answering our questions and concerns, and was absolutely professional in every way. We are so thankful to everyone who helped us get a great deal on the car we wanted. We will definitely bring our family and friends to purchase their cars at MAC. Thanks a bunch!

The worst experience I ever had from a professional dealership! The customer service was horrible,The mileage was incorrect, when the I first arrived the person whom I was assigned for my appointment was late to take care of me ! Then my vehicle was their for 3 days and no updates on the status , no communication with me . I basically called my insurance to get deny for a mistake an employee did on my mileage . Then when I called to explain to the employees what’s going on I didn’t get any sorry or anything, this cost the company 9000$ and an upset customer .
