Spent two nights there without and rest called the office first and said please ask the person playing unreal loud music the entire block heard.. she refused said she was by herself.. THEN CALL THE POLICE ... Instead you prefer your senior citizen patrons to just put up with it.. The NH ext morning I am the manager why he hasn't said anything to anyone even as I ask him there's seriously loud thumping coming from a car not 25 feet away blasting it.. He don't care about any patron or the fact that I had to endure 20 hours of this between both night.. during the day it never stops.. This place is so loud it's by far the worst place for noise.. Slamming doors is childlike and stupid..try turning the handle on the inside then closing the door just in case all yas out there who are just plain ignorant... Steer clear if you like even 20 minutes of quiet... Don't believe me then be my guest

Sure the rooms show a little wear and tear,but the rooms and the grounds are clean and well maintained. The front desk folk were pleasant and accommodating. The diner in front of the hotel was great! So think no frills but good value for the money and don't let two stars deter you from a quiet and affordable stay.

Relocating to Oregon and this stay was one night last minute I had a very pleasant and great customer service from Peter , but the room looked cleaned was decent for something quick I never booked a place like this I usually go with my instincts and do something more high quality but this time we just last minute got this room and within minutes of checking in and going to our room me and my husband found 6 roaches dead laid out on the floor when not hiding just laid out like housekeeping did not see that how did they even miss that if they cleaned!? But what shook me was I open the fridge and a roach was in the freezer I was like omg so I sprayed Lysol on it fyi (I carry a personal bottle for my use since relocation we book motels a lot ) and noooooo it started to move oh hell no that was it for me I canceled and Peter did apologize and refunded our money maybe some new housekeepers some clean and new linens and pest control can fix this place up but room wise I’d give a zero customer service Peter was a 5 star :) stay safe everyone and something paying a little more for a better room is well worth the money I’m now at La Quinta in Madera and I’m happy now ?

It's n ok place to stay. It's a little on the high side. N the manager or whatever he may be, the older kinda bald guy with glasses, he's so rude n I understand he has a job to do. But he's a person that goes on stereo types. N discriminates. But other then that it's pretty ok place to stay.
Walkability: Very good location to be able to walk to all shopping you can think of. All within a me radius. So nice. Food and shopping and even the movie theater is close and a local park. Very convenient

I love this place it's the only place in Madera that's clean and it doesn't have bed bugs the owner Peter and his wife are amazing friendly and helpful

In a nutshell, the manager will not rent a room to you, if he knows you are Homeless!! A little man with a big man ego! If I could rate this place less, I would. Unless you like Roaches and a Punk manager walking around with an UNDESERVED sense of accomplishment, STAY AWAY!
