I called to get a quote and the quote was around $230 give or take made an appointment when I went into my appointment they gave me a quote of $500 to do my taxes I told them the price was too high and that I couldn't afford it so I got up and left then they proceeded to call me the same day couple minutes later saying they were going to give me a discount which would come out around a total of $380 and I told them the price was still too high and that it wasn't much of a difference from the $500 that they quote me in the office then the lady proceeded to tell me that they never gave me a quote of $500 turns out the lady that I was speaking to over the phone was the same lady that gave me the quote in the office so basically she accused me of lying that she never gave me that quote something tells me they are scamming people. Mind you I'm filing single with one dependent (a child) I checked the online prices and the 280 they gave me over the phone the first time around seem more legit than the quote they gave me in the office please becarful and do some research before filling.

Very professional. I have always used H&R block to do my taxes. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service I have received. I already have an appointment for next year.
