Donna Bland has no clue of all the branches! Sloppy and cheap! Her numbers say double and may be true with people that have no money but a number! How can a bank qualify when it's still ran on covid hours and people waiting in line outside the branch for hours? I don't know of any other bank that does this to their customers. Ceo is overrated!!!!!!

The Madera Ca. branch Golden One has always been a joke ever since I opened my account with them. And I didn't really have a choice to not have it and continually still do. My only other option would be the other questionable institution, BofA. As these are the two that would take the States IOUs should the state government has fiscal issues. Today I try to go in personally to do a cash withdrawal and I see two different signs indicating different opening hours. One's painted on door, another on a orange flyer taped to a window. The flyer advertises a "GOLDEN HOUR", which is for appointments set prior to 10am. I find out that HOUR is between 9 -9:45am (!!??) Can you say 11" footlong. Frigging morons. I need to find another credit union. These people are useless. I'm getting close to retirement. Maybe I'll chance it and close this joke account and go to EECU.

The fact that when I came in at 3:15 and there was like 5 cashier and like 15 people on line, I would of assumed it was going to go fast. Now it's 4:45 and there's still about 17 people on line and 2 cashier and like 4 workers in the back just chillen and talking and smiling with each other. So dear manager please fix your sht and get your people straight. I can't keep recommending this bank when it's like that when I need to go in. It's just a disgrace to give u guys more than 2 start. If it's always pack why not keep up with it.

List of reasons this credit union is a thorn in my side 1. The ATM machines don't ever take cash 2. The lines are always out the doors 3. For what ever reason the lines don't move 4. Out of the 6 teller windows only three are occupied

Very incompetent, called to asked if I was required to schedule an appointment to change my last name. I was told NO any teller could change it. I got there waited in this long line and when I got to the window I was told: you must make an appointment ?????

I oly use the phone but 10 years one of the worker tuck 5 th from me and 5 for my huspen and she move to the fresno office but we had a emergency out out town that's y she tuck everything but I belive in carma were the destwas at there was no camara she said u cud not put 10 th because u have to reported in taxes so she keep them she had a little girl and I fill bad what time of mom she got tiff

I recently opened a account and I could not be happier. Everything was very organized and up to date with COVID-19 regulations. The costumer service was great I felt very welcome and I was helped very fast.

I’ve been with this bank for about 6 years now if there were other credit unions besides Nobel credit union I’d definitely switch the line outside is always long which is not there fault due to the pandemic but the ATMs are always down the app always has some sort of issue the staff is always friendly and when I get in there I’m always in and out

While the sign may say Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM they may decide to open later in the day. It looks like today it will be 10:00am this Friday.I usually like the customer service with Golden 1 and would still recommend them to friends, however today has not been the best experience at this branch. I would expect a notice on the door to indicate a change in branch hours. This would be helpful so customers don’t have to stand an extra hour outside waiting for it to open.
