List of reasons this credit union is a thorn in my side 1. The ATM machines don't ever take cash 2. The lines are always out the doors 3. For what ever reason the lines don't move 4. Out of the 6 teller windows only three are occupied

I hate that I am not able to contact the branch directly. What kind of bank doesn't have a way to contact a branch directly...

Very incompetent, called to asked if I was required to schedule an appointment to change my last name. I was told NO any teller could change it. I got there waited in this long line and when I got to the window I was told: you must make an appointment ?????
