Our salesman Max and Mike really faught for us to get into the best vehicle for us. We had so many things working against us with the trade in we had but they found a way to get us out of that loan/car and put us in a brand new car, and we'll forever be grateful.

I came into Gill with an engine light on. After going to another dealership in the town I actually live in, and advising the 2 people they had working the service department desk. I advised those people that I had an active engine light on and asked if they could check to see what codes were showing, they advised everybody was at lunch and that they were too busy after lunch to help. So, I came to Gill during lunchtime and Gill actually had an employee come from the Pontiac side of dealership and hook up computer to see what codes were active on my trucks computer. I now recommend Gill Auto to anybody I can. I will be doing all my vehicle business at Gill Auto in the future. Thank You

We have a Chevy Truck and service was excellent. They care about the customer. They are not all about money. Very professional. They gave our business for service. Teach Madera Auto Center how to treat good customers. They went above and beyond service. They took care of a corporate issue at no charge.

Although it was pleasant initially during my experience, I spent the day there only to find upon being handed my keys that the left passenger side rear bumper has scrapes and the paint has been removed. They promised me that they would call me in the future and at no cost to me they would provide a new paint job to that area because this is a new car; the next day I began to receive calls from the dealership advising me that my credit was light and that I may need to be financed with another corporation for my loan. I was preapproved with golden one credit union for $25,000, and up to 53,000.

Well the customer service there is really bad I don’t like going there because I just don’t prefer this dealer. If I was going to the dealer I have to go to a Dodge dealer or a jeep dealer in Fresno not the one here in Madera cause these guys are really bad

I had a recall on my airbag for my gmc sierra. I took it in to get it worked on after work at 230 had an appointment at 3. I then walked home, received a phone call that it would be ready at 5pm. I walked to pick it up and the service team had gone home for the day making the pick up of my vehicle a hassle. I looked at the work order and saw that they started the work at 3pm and were done at 330pm I could've used my vehicle earlier and I needed it earlier too. They did not turn off the airbag light either which is something simple they could have done. Was not pleased with their service.

Maria has been so very helpful when the brand new GMC stopped starting unexpectedly. She was thorough and had a positive attitude through out it all. We appreciated her willingness to communicate and the care she took! Madera GMC for the win!

You had my car for over a week and did not fix the problem. You didn't keep in contact with us either. You still made us pay for the work that was supposedly done. What a joke of a place! We definitely chose not to purchase another car from you.
