Canceled membership over a year ago yet they never stopped charging my card every month since . Regional manager says he can't do any refunds and he would let his superiors know about it . Lol
Still no body has reached out to me to resolve this. .Even sent a detailed message on the CONTACT US message box on their website and no response at all .
This tells me that from the top down Valley Fitness doesn't have a problem stealing from their clients . I guess they are hopping I'll eventually just go away ..lol
Buyer beware and pay cash here . Don't let them any where near your bank info .

It’s the same story every year, the “Ac is broken down” must be horrible conditions for the workers when it gets so hot and musty in there. Equipment is always breaking down.

Been going here for about 5 months now and it was going pretty good except I soon realized they don’t got AC here so it’s really humid during the summer but other then that it has everything a gym would need just the restrooms can use a little extra space.

I love this gym, the atmosphere is awesome, no judging, everyone is friendly, and the classes are awesome..spin is great with great instructors!

Been in Madera all my life and this gym holds a special place in my heart, great staff , good equipment, great vibes, may get a little packed in the afternoons but overall solid experience ??
