In the 35 years of being in the equipment business I have never been treated this badly by a manufacturer. We purchased a disk and paid for heavier disk blades. They sent the lighter blades and it took months to get refunded for the extra money we paid. Then the cylinders that were on the disk blew apart on the fittings soaking our customer with oil and knocking his glasses off. We ordered a cylinder to fix the problem and Domries charged us for the defect and has yet to refund us. Then the other original cylinder on the other side did the same thing. We were given the run around for 2 years. The cylinder company said that the cylinders they sent to Domries needed different fittings than what Domries used and that what was causing the problem. Needless to say Domries still has not made good on this problem. I have been told so many stories on this over 2 years and am not able to trust what this company says. They have a good product but the customer service is the worst I have every encountered in decades.
