I just had a very unfortunate experience at this dollar tree. I finished a day of handing out candy canes at the local high school, and because I was dressed as a Santa they were very popular. I bought them all from dollar tree on Shaw. But because I ran out of over 250 I came by after school to this dollar tree on Olive I went inside and they did not have the candy canes that were 24 in a box so I will have to go back to the one on Shaw however when I went back and got in my vehicle the assistant general manager Crystal came out, videoing me and getting the license plate from my car when I roll down the window to ask her why she said somebody told her that I stole a bunch of stuff and put it in my pants pocket not only was that 100% false and slander filled. it was dumb because I don't have any pockets in my Santa suit and I definitely would not steal at all so I got out of the car and I asked her her name and she was very rude I was willing to talk to her and give her my information and she was still very rude I did nothing wrong, but she could've easily engaged, and she went back into the store with a scour on her face, and she was convinced I had done something wrong, and she was going to check the videos. So I called her and I gave her my name and my phone number so that when she sees that I did not take a thing she or her manager could call me personally and apologize. She was on the phone. She was rude in person and I did not deserve what she did. I was giving these away and buying them with my own money. And I shop at the store all the time. I would imagine that a good manager would like to follow up with me and find out what really happened. But this is unacceptable behavior and definitely as she will see in her videos of me I didn't take a thing I was an innocent customer dressed up like a Santa to bring some cheer kids and adults in her parking lot. One of the adults came up to me and said may I get a picture with you? That's the response I had all day. Unfortunately this manager needs to be taught not to be so rude and definitely not to go accusing somebody who is innocent. This was wrong and somebody needed to hear about it.

Quick run in to get sugar free vanilla pudding and Oreos. They didn't have the sugar free pudding, but they had the Oreos and added cracker jacks. Workers are masked. It's a little messy in certain areas, but still works and they have all of their Christmas stuff in! Super cute! Clean, safe and practiced! The worker was masked and kind. Checked out with good day wishes! Good service and store! Recommended!

The workers are very rude, today me and my sister in law were in the store she has 2 kids and I have 2 kids all in the age range of 6 months to 3 years old. We were shopping and getting all of our products spending a good amount of time doing so and as we got to the cash register we were told they weren't accepting 100 bills because the "manager" was on lunch as she was standing in the line behind us buying items ! I didn't understand why they wouldn't accept the 100 and she said because her manager was on break and needed to check it so I said if she's right there why can't she check it and then she proceeded to say she was gonna step outside and stepped outside with her boyfriend and talked for 2 minutes and then as we left she continued inside. Very unprofessional and I feel like they just wanted to be rude and over powering. The whole way that we walked out of the store we were stared down.
